The following is the job description:

EHS Junior Consultant
「Responsibilities」
1. Assist project teams in delivering consultancy projects to clients.
2. Participate in business negotiations for consultancy projects, analyzing client needs.
3. Responsible for the implementation and de-livery of projects as a team member.
4. Maintain good communication with clients and manage customer relationships through professional services.
5. As a team member, participate in the preparation of technical documents for government tender projects.
6. Support the technical center and participate in the development of EHS consulting products, planning, and organization.
7. Keep abreast of domestic and international EHS industry development, collect and promote relevant information, and participate in marketing and brand promotion activities.
8. Other tasks assigned by the Business Unit Director.
「Qualifications」
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related EHS fields.
2. 1-3 years of experience in factory safety management or consultancy.
3. Excellent writing and reporting skills, good written English.
4. Strong communication and cooperation skills, independent thinking, and quick learning ability.
5. Good self-management and independent working skills, able to handle high work pressure, and open to challenges.

EHS Project Manger/
Senior Consultant
「Responsibilities」
1. As an EHS Project Manager / Senior Consultant, independently complete or lead project teams to deliver consulting projects to clients, including but not limited to on-site safety risk assessments, regulatory compliance audits, and safety-related professional training.
2. Independently prepare consulting training project proposals, project scheme PPT presentations, and handle business communication and negotiations.
3. Participate in team client site EHS coaching, compliance audits, and risk assessment projects.
4. As a Project Manager / Senior Consultant, cooperate with project teams to effectively complete project implementation, including quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and with high quality within the set budget and timeline.
5. Maintain good communication with clients, manage customer relationships and new project opportunities through offline or online methods.
「Qualifications」
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related EHS fields.
2. 3-10 years of experience in factory safety management or consulting company experience, with preference for backgrounds in new energy or semiconductor industries.
3. Excellent writing and reporting skills, good written English proficiency.
4. Good communication and cooperation skills, independent thinking, and quick learning ability.
5. Strong self-management and independent working skills, able to handle high work pressure and enjoy challenges.
