文学类
史学著述贵在探索创新，史学创新贵在钻研积累。数千年的历史千头万绪、复杂纷繁，欲将其肇端源起、发展演变、后果影响原原本本地呈现出来，并非一件易事。《宜宾史话》的成书，不仅关乎谋篇布局、立意构思，而且还牵涉到史事的取舍，史料的解释，历史现象的描述记录，历史人物事件的评价等等。更何况要将本地区发展史上那些惊天地、泣鬼神的壮丽史诗，得天独厚的文明积淀，流传千古的文人雅事，巧夺天工的创造发明，以及有别于其他地区的特点、亮点淋漓尽致地书写出来，如果没有持之以恒的毅力、滴水穿石的精神、驾驭史事的功力是难以办到的。本书数易其稿，从立意撰写到发排付梓，历经数个寒暑，终以11万字的篇幅，简明通达的文字，将宜宾文明进程中的历史事件、人物事迹、方物典故、民族风情与地域精神等等，以穿珠连线的方式呈现在读者面前，对此我不得不给以热情的点赞。
Innovative exploration isessential for historical writings while accumulative study is essential forhistoriography innovation. It is not easy to clearly and objectively presentthe beginning, the development and the influence of historical events inthousands of years, because they are very complicated with numerous clues.Besides the design of general frame and the conception, the compilation of thisbook still includes the choice on historical events, explanation on historicalmaterials, description on historical phenomena and evaluation on historicalfigures. Moreover, without consistent perseverance and outstanding ability ofhandling historical events, the relevant aspects buried in the local historysuch as numerous magnificent poems, unique civilization deposits, long-lastingliterati stories, wonderful creations and inventions as well as distinctivecharacteristics and highlights will never be reflected incisively and vividlyin the book. The book is revised for several times and the process frominitiation to the submission for publication takes several years. At last, thefinal version with 110 thousand words is ready for the readers, presenting thehistorical events, anecdotes, literary quotations, ethnic customs and regionalspirit in a simple and serial way. For this, I would like to give a bigthumb-up.

高速道岔要求动车组以运营速度直侧向过岔时，不出现明显的“晃车”现象，在横向上与区间线路具有相同的旅客乘座舒适度；综合检测车或轨检车过岔时，车体横向水平加速度不出现Ⅰ级超限（根据中国高速铁路的计划维修标准，对应的车体水平加速度为___m/s2）。

红外分光光度法是在4000～400 cm-1波数范围内测定物质的吸收光谱，用于化合物的鉴别、检查或含量测定的方法。除部分光学异构体及长链烷烃同系物外，几乎没有两个化合物具有相同的红外光谱，据此可以对化合物进行定性和结构分析；化合物对红外辐射的吸收程度与其浓度的关系符合朗伯-比尔定律，是红外分光光度法定量分析的依据。
The infrared spectrophotometry is a method fordetermining the absorption spectrum of matters within a wave-number range of4000-400 cm-1 for the identification, inspection or contentdetermination of compounds. Except for some optical isomers and long-chainalkane homologues, there are almost no compounds with the same infraredspectrum. Accordingly, qualitative and structural analysis can be performed onthe compounds; the relationship between the compounds’ absorption of infraredradiation and their concentration conforms to the Lambert-Beer's Law which isthe basis for quantitative analysis of infrared spectrophotometry.
