美国拟对华半导体相关产品加征301关税
据美国贸易代表办公室（USTR）2025年12月22日通知，美国将对中国半导体相关产品启动301关税加征程序，初始税率为0%，自2027年6月23日起18个月内分阶段上调。
受加征关税影响的半导体产品清单
加征关税适用HTS编码9903.91.05，生效日期为2027年6月23日；USTR将在该日期至少30天前通过《联邦公报》发布具体加征额度通知。
