Part 1 Background

Southeast Asian Countries have very close geographical relations with China, which also has the uniqueness and importance. Southeast Asia is the major Asian economy entity. Over the past decades years, China's regional cooperation with Southeast Asia is one of the most successful examples. As the growth of tourism in Southeast Asian Countries, many tourists have gradually turned into deep investors. Southeast Asian Countries’ real estate industry also benefits from tourism. Southeast Asian Countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia are going to be one of the most attractive real estate markets in worldwide, such as apartments, hotels, community shops, commercial office buildings and clubs.

 

It is also the focus of “One belt, One Road”. In recent years, Chinese enterprises and individuals’ passion of investing in the Southeast Asian countries is surging. As one of the most important countries in Southeast Asia area, China is Thailand's second largest trading partner and Thailand is China’s third largest trading partners in Southeast Asia countries. Thailand is a popular tourist destination in the world. According to Thailand tourism statistics, Thailand received nearly 33 million tourists all over the world, which creates tourism revenue of 2.52 trillion baht (5 THB equal 1 RMB). It may continue to increase by 10% in 2017.In addition, as one of the most important groups of Thailand, there are more than 8.5 million Chinese living in Thailand which creates huge business opportunities and potential.

 

How are the investment environments and the current real estate markets in Southeast Asian Countries?  

Which local industries are worthwhile investments? What are those industries’ opportunities, returns and risks?

How to get and invest in local good projects (including finance, channel, tax, law, exchange rate and procedure)?

What kind of factors should investors pay attention to in investing, developing or constructing for Southeast Asian Countries real estate property?

……

 

In order to make deep communication and create cooperation opportunities between senior real estate and financial professionals on relevant issues, Southeast Asia Investment Cooperation Forum (China Real Estate Club’s 15th Thailand Forum) will be held on March 24, 2017 in JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok in Thailand. Such hot topics as Southeast Asian Countries’ investment environment, real estate market will be discussed. This is an opportunity for real estate professionals to rub shoulders with Chinese real estate investors, developers and professionals and to generate new business opportunities while learning about the Chinese real estate investment trends.


This forum will focus on industrial investments, real estate investments and will allow for sponsors to present their projects to the delegates at the conference in a roadshow format. Each delegate has the opportunity to network with potential clients and partners. China Real Estate Club offers an effective platform for investors and projects to meet, communication and cooperation for businesses and individuals to Southeast Asian markets. Meanwhile, potential project investigations and company survey will be arranged from 25 March to 27th March, 2017.

 

There will be 3 kinds of delegates:

1. Chinese potential investors who are interested in Southeast Asian countries, coming from entity industry, real estate sectors, finance departments and individuals.

2. Chinese real estate developers, investors and professionals who have already invested or settled down in Southeast Asian countries.

3. Real estate, financial and entity industry professionals from local and other Southeast Asian countries.

For Non-Club Members:  RMB 3500/Person


Register between 11 March and 23 March, 2017:

For Club Members:  RMB 3000/Person

For Non-Club Members:  RMB 4000/Person


Tips:

(1) Please follow the exchange rate at the day to pay if you want to pay by USD or THB.

(2) Registration fee includes lunch fee, coffee breaks fee, materials fee, site fees and souvenirs on the day of 24 March, 2017. We will strictly control the quality of the candidates to ensure that each participant get good experience.

(3) The organizer will arrange welcome dinner on 23 March and dinner party on 24 March to provide more communication chance for delegates, you should pay RMB 500/Person more for each dinner if you want to join the dinner.

(4) Accommodation fees are not included in Registration Fee, but we provide preferential price if you choose JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok. (only THB4700/per day for Superior King Room AND THB5200/per day for Superior Double-Bed Room. Please let us known before 18:00 on 21 March,2017. Earlier Better because of limited rooms.)
