【摘要】 化妆品行业正经历着由传统精细化工和植物提取向生物技术和再生医学发展的转型，尤其是外泌体等新兴成分，为人们带来了显著健康和美容效益的同时，也为化妆品行业带来巨大的市场潜力和技术管理挑战。本文通过文献回顾和法规比较分析，深入探讨了外泌体化妆品领域的进展，国际主要市场中关于使用再生医学细胞和组织成分的管理措施、法规和伦理标准，并对全球化背景下化妆品管理的关键影响因素进行解析。
【Abstract】 The cosmetics industry is currently experiencing a pivotal shift from traditional fine chemical applications and botanical extractions towards biotechnology and regenerative technologies. Notably, the advent of cutting-edge ingredients like exosomes is not only delivering unprecedented health and aesthetic benefits to consumers but also ushering in substantial market opportunities and complex challenges in technical management for the sector. Through meticulous review of literature and a comparative analysis of cosmetics regulations, the review deeply discusses the advances in the field of exosome cosmetics, the management measures, regulations and ethical standards for the use of regenerative medicine cellular and tissue components across major global markets. Additionally, the review also analyzes the critical factors influencing the governance of the cosmetics industry in the context of globalization.
