上周，希尔顿亚太区高级副总裁兼商务总监Ben George先生在百忙之中抽空造访了希尔顿亚太区收益管理整合中心（下称RMCC）。Ben一直都是RMCC亚太中心的重要的支持者，并在RMCC成立初期给予了我们很多帮助。他热衷于探讨如何实现“80/20”的目标——让全球四个RMCC为至少80%的希尔顿酒店提供服务。目前RMCC为亚太区61%的希尔顿旗下各品牌酒店提供收益管理服务。
Last week Ben George, Senior Vice President & Commercial Director for Asia Pacific, took some time from his busy schedule to visit the RMCC Asia Pacific office. Ben was instrumental in the inception RMCC in Asia Pacific and has always been our biggest supporter. With the roll out of the 80/20 initiative, where the goal is to have at least 80% of all Hilton hotels supported by RMCC in all four centers, Ben was keen to talk about and discuss how to accomplish this. Currently RMCC supports around 61% of all Asia Pacific Hilton hotels in revenue management.
整个下午，Ben与收益分析员，区域收益经理等RMCC团队成员分别进行了深入的沟通和交流，回答大家的问题，并与领导层共同回顾了中心的年度大计以及创意提案。接着，Ben作为来宾参加了我们的双周团队例会。此次例会由一个短视频开始，视频中展示了今年第一季度RMCC取得的所有成就。Ben为三月份表现出色的团队成员进行颁奖，迎接新入职的同事，并向4月生日和希尔顿服务周年纪念日的团队成员们表示祝贺。
Ben spent the afternoon meeting and communicating with various team members including RAs & CRMs, hosting question and answer sessions and reviewing the RMCC Big Rocks and initiatives with leadership teams. Ben also attended our bi-weekly team meeting, which started with a short video showcasing all of RMCC achievements so far this year. Ben recognized all the March performance awards winners, culture awards, welcomed new hires, celebrated birthdays and Hilton services anniversaries with us.

为了迎接4月20日联合国中文日的到来，Ben与RMCC的四位团队成员，来自韩国的Hyeji，来自法国的JB，Ewen，以及来自埃及的Bishoui共同参与了“中国书法挑战”——他们需要把“每个星期AG” （每周都领先竞争对手并持续增长）这句话用汉字写出来，并让大家票选出写得最好的一幅字。最终，Hyeji以高票胜出。
To celebrate United Nation Chinese language day(April 20th), Ben together with four other team members, Hyeji (Korean), Jean-Baptiste (French), Bishoui (Egyptian) and Ewen (also French) took part in a calligraphy challenge where they all attempted to write in Chinese characters the sentence “every week AG”. Hyeji, was the eventual winner, which was decided by an interactive vote through QR code.

挑战结束后，我们向Ben赠送了一个文化礼物：写着他中文名的折扇。我们将Ben George翻译成“本峤志”，寓意着（他有）比山还高的志向。
After the challenge, we gave Ben a Chinese cultural gift: a folding fan with “Ben Qiao Zhi” written on it. It’s the Chinese name we gave him, meaning “(he has) the ambition higher than any mountain”.
傍晚时分， RMCC团队与大中华区商业服务团队共同在外滩附近的1886汽车主题德国餐厅举行了庆祝餐会，共同度过了一个美好的夜晚。
The RMCC Asia Pacific team then capped off a great day with a celebratory drinks reception at the cool 1886 brew house, together with the Greater China Commercial Services Team.
