
作为RMCC“茁壮成长周”的活动之一,我们开展了“30天挑战”的活动,并得到了同事们的热情参与。有超过60% 的同事借此机会决心改变过去不好的习惯,亦或者尝试新的生活体验。有将近20位同事挑战成功,发现了不一样的自己。 你们太棒了!
As an initiative during RMCC THRIVE week, we launched 30 day challenge to turn our life around, to thrive with our Body, Mind and Spirit. We have 60% participation in September, with more than 20 people achieved over 80% of their target. Amazing!!
从反馈中,我们发现同事们对自我的挑战体现在了身心健康的方方面面。比如每天阅读书籍,更健康地饮食,每天做运动,减少工作拖延症,学一门新的语言,每天做一件好事等等。相信大家收获的不单是新的体验, 更是一段值得纪念的属于自己的时光。大家都很努力,克制自己的惰性完成设定的挑战,更值得高兴的是我们有四位同事100%完成了自己的挑战:让我们为Elsie, Jane, Joe和Priyanka鼓掌!
We challenged ourselves to read a chapter of a book every day, drink and eat healthier, do physical exercise every day, leave office earlier, learn a new language, and do an act of kindness every day, etc. The purpose of doing it is not how good the result is, but to make that period more memorable to us. Still, we have 4 attendees achieved 100% of the target, so congratulations to Elsie, Jane, Joe, and Priyanka. Well Done!

“30天挑战”将会持续展开,同事们可以在任何时间点开始自己的挑战月,也可以参与我们集体挑战月(四月,六月,九月,十一月)。与此同时,对于挑战成功的同事,我们会给予鼓励奖励。每完成一次会收到一个纪念徽章,如果一年完成3次以上,还会有丰厚的奖品送给你哟!很期待吧,那就快加入我们吧!
30 day challenge will be a recurring activity in RMCC APAC office, and people who achieve over 80% will be recognized by granting a mascot pin. By the end of the year (next September), a mysterious prize is waiting for those who collect more than 3 pins. We will have the second round team challenge month in the upcoming November. Are you ready for that?!
