在希尔顿亚太区收益管理整合中心（下称RMCC），我们不仅会为团队成员们提供商业领域方面的学习，更会提供资源来促进成员们的个人发展。RMCC的每位成员都拥有一份自己的基于优势识别得出的优势主题报告，帮助成员们发现自己独特的优势并且最重要的是如何将自身的优势付诸实践。
RMCC is not only providing team members with commercial learning but also resources which could benefit team members with their personal development. In RMCC each of team members has their own Strength profile that discover the uniqueness of individual’s strengths and the most important how can we use our strengths.
9月11日至15日，我们以“优势的力量”为主题开展了一系列培训活动。我们邀请了现任希尔顿商业服务计划与优化部门高级经理的Antoine（前RMCC团队成员）担任活动讲师。作为一名拥有盖洛普认证的精英优势培训师，Antonine能更好的为成员们提供更为专业的基于优势的辅导服务。
We had a week of learning around ‘The Power of Your Strengths’ from Sep 11th – 15th, and invited previous team member Antoine Brossard who’s now Senior Manager of Commercial Services Planning & Optimization, and also a certified Gallup Strengths Coach coming as the facilitator of this week of learning.

在本次培训周中共有三个主要的项目：发挥你的优势工作坊，打破固念不断创新工作坊和领导力培训午餐会（如何利用团队成员们的优势去更好的进行工作），参与活动的人数达到了110人次。发挥你的优势工作坊是专门为初次参与者所设计的活动，通过本次工作坊，参与者们可获取自己的优势主题报告并且了解自己的每种优势可带来的价值。打破固念不断创新工作坊让我们可以从更深一层次去理解自身优势，帮助我们破除自身固有的观念以及指导我们如何通过发挥自己的优势来克服自身短板。
There were three major learning events during the week, Soar with Your Strengths Workshop, Breaking down Mental Blocks into Innovation and Leadership Lunch & Learn – Managing to Strengths with 110 participants in total. Soar with Your Strengths Workshop was designed for first time participants and through this session participants got their own strengths profile and had an exposure on what value each strengths could bring. Breaking down Mental Block to Innovation is another great topic that bring strengths into a higher level, it unlocks the common mental blocks of lack of innovation and how can we overcome the barriers by implementing strengths.

此外，我们中心的高级管理团队还参加了领导力培训午餐会。会上，Antoine从宏观层面上深入分析了团队成员的不同的优势，以及教授大家作为管理者如何更好地激励自己团队。
During Leadership Lunch & Learn Antoine shared with our senior management team tools, which gives us a more holistic view on different strengths of team members, and how can we as managers inspire our people.
