自今年四月企业责任委员会成立以来，希尔顿大中华区办事处以及希尔顿亚太收益管理中心的同事们纷纷加入了“微信捐步”的捐款活动。 该计划旨在倡导大家在日常生活中“动起来”，同时为各种慈善机构/项目筹集资金。 通过当下热门的社交软件微信中的“微信运动”功能，团队成员能够将他们自己的每日步数通过提供爱心款项的企业进行捐赠，而后者将为每10,000步捐赠1元人民币。
在捐步活动中，雄心勃勃的团队成员们你追我赶，相互比拼，最后的结果非常显著……数字说明了一切：
截至六月中旬，团队成员们总共向环境保护，免费膳食支持以及医药品供应赞助等不同项目捐赠了500多万步（512万1千零81步），其中离不开我们可爱的同事Amy贡献的36万步！此处有掌声！
Amy Mao, 2013年加入希尔顿亚太收益管理中心，现在是一名小区收益管理经理。在业余时间积极投身于跑步，骑行，徒步等各项运动当中，并倡导健康的生活方式，牵头建立了RMCC Running Club
这些步数将会被折算成500多元人民币用于慈善活动。其中我们捐步最多的一个项目，希尔顿总步数在552个捐步团队中排名第22，位列前4%。
同时，我们也要感谢我们可爱的同事Connie发起这次活动。亲们，让我们共同期待下次挑战吧！说不定是跑步哟~
Following a successful launch of the corporate responsibility committee in April, Hilton team members from both the China Regional office and RMCC Asia Pacific embarked on a steps donation program. The aim of this program was to both encourage a more active lifestyle and raise money for various charities. All done through the popular social media platform WeChat (WeRun being a function in use), team members could donate their daily steps with sponsor companies who in turn would donate ¥1 per 10,000 steps completed.
The results were phenomenal. Add a little bit of competition to a group of highly competitive and ambitious individuals and the numbers speak for themselves:
Up to mid-June, the team has donated over 5 million steps (5,121,081 steps exactly) to five different projects varied from environment protection, free meal support, as well as medical supply sponsorship. Among which our colleague Amy donated over 360,000 steps by herself! Give it up to Amy Mao!
Joined in RMCC APAC in 2013, now Amy is a cluster revenue manager. During her spare time, she actively devoted herself into running, cycling, hiking and other sporting activities. She proposes a healthy lifestyle and founded RMCC Running Club
All these steps will be converted into over ¥500 for charity activities. The project that we donated the most steps – Hilton ranked top 4% (22nd out of 552 step donation teams).
At the same time, we want to give our special appreciation to Connie Shen for spearheading this initiative. Guys, stay tuned for our next challenge. Maybe next time it will be running~

希尔顿亚太收益综合管理中心 (Hilton RMCC Asia Pacific) 成立于2012年9月。坐标上海，我们管理着超过25,000间客房的110家酒店，以及跨越12个国家56座城市的 910,000,000美金客房收益。
希尔顿于2004年开始正式运作该中心，其负责运营的酒店遍布城市中心、会展中心、机场及度假区等。目前全球运营的四个中心分别位于沃特福德，达拉斯上海及迪拜。
