专访系列压轴登场的是RMCC APAC的South East Asia区域总监Zane Chiet。虽然Zane去年下半年才从新加坡搬到上海，但是在短短几个月内就亲历了人均两条杠的疫情爆发和中国的全面放开，至今仍觉得这一切不太真实，却又真实发生了。当然这只是Zane经历的一小部分缩影，这次我们就来聊聊他丰富有趣的工作和生活经历~
We are glad to have Zane Chiet, South East Asia Regional Director of RMCC APAC, as our last panelists in this series. Although Zane only moved from Singapore to Shanghai since the second half of last year, he has witnessed the outbreak of the pandemic and the sudden reopening of the country. He still feels that all of this is unreal, but indeed it happened. Of course, this is only a small part of Zane's experiences. This time, let's look more into his rich and interesting work and life experiences.

自从1月以来，你们的票圈是不是也常有在泰国炫咖喱，新加坡喝肉骨茶的小伙伴？东南亚各种友好的签证政策，还有宜人的气候，简直就是天时地利人和，说走就走旅行的的最佳之选。Zane形容后疫情时代的酒店业市场的全面复苏像是坐上了过山车，分分钟的肾上腺素和多巴胺综合效应，又有谁不爱过山车呢！
Since January, have you seen many of your friends traveling and sharing photos of curry in Thailand or eating Bak Kut Teh in Singapore? The friendly visa policies and pleasant weather in Southeast Asia make it the best choice for travel. Zane describes the complete recovery in the hotel industry as a roller coaster ride, with a mixture of adrenaline and dopamine that everyone loves!
回忆起当年，Zane第一份有关hospitality的工作是高中时候在麦当劳门店。那次经历不止让他早早学会了独立，也让他燃起了对行业的兴趣。在大学期间，他开始在酒店前台工作，为以后的职业发展累积经验。就像是电影“甜蜜蜜“中张曼玉也是从麦当劳的兼职开始，一步一步积累，每一步都算数！
Looking back, Zane started his hospitality career at a McDonald's in high school. That experience not only taught him being independent at an early age but also ignited his interest in the industry. During college, he began working at the front desk of a hotel, accumulating experience for his future career. Just like how Maggie Cheung in the movie "Comrades: Almost a Love Story" started with a part-time job at McDonald's, step by step, and every step counts!

企业文化和Work-Life Balance是当代打工人们最关心的话题，Zane作为独自一人来到异国他乡的歪果仁，对于团队氛围深有体会。相当友好的RMCC的成员们让他在非常短的时间内适应新环境，在工作和生活方面都给了他胜似家人的支持和陪伴。
Company culture and work-life balance are the most concerning topics for people recently. As a foreigner who came to a new country alone, Zane has a deep understanding of team culture. The friendly colleagues in RMCC made him adapt to the new environment in a very short time, providing him with the support and companionship of a family in both work and life.
Zane很重视也很提倡Work-Life Balance。尽管工作和生活很难100%分开，当他觉察到一些非正向的信号时，他会切换到放松模式：与家人一起的欢乐时光或者安排兴趣爱好都是Zane认为获得身心愉悦与平衡的有效方式。
Zane always emphasizes and advocates for work-life balance. Although it is difficult to separate work and life completely, when he notices some negative signals, he will switch himself into a relaxation way which makes him comfort: spending time with family or engaging in hobbies are effective ways for Zane to achieve mental and physical well-being and balance.
