金秋十月，希尔顿亚太区收益管理整合中心的收益分析团队一行人来到了风光旖旎且以大闸蟹闻名遐迩的阳澄湖畔，进行了一次别(大)开(吃)生(大)面(喝)的团队建设活动。
On Saturday 21st October, Revenue Analyst team of RMCC Asia Pacific organized a team outing trip to Yangcheng Lake, which is known for its beautiful scenery and tasty hairy crabs.
众周所知，10月正是吃大闸蟹的好季节，所以团队成员们选择此时在阳澄湖莲花岛尽享这份金秋蟹味。经过几十分钟的车程，傍晚，团队成员们下榻苏州希尔顿逸林酒店。酒店舒适放松的环境大大增加了成员们对第二天的苏州自由行的期待。
As we all know, late October is the best season to visit the lake as hairy crabs are the tastiest. The team enjoyed a relaxing lunch on Lianhua Island of Yangcheng Lake，stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Suzhou and took a tour in Suzhou city on the second day.
收益分析团队是一个温暖快乐的大家庭，每个季度都会组织不同的团建活动，比如令人大呼过瘾的常州恐龙园之行，满足味蕾的顾村公园烧烤，还有充满欢乐的轰趴聚会。而除了每季度的常规团建之外，下班后，团队成员们也会时常相约一起K歌或桌游。
The team is a big and loved family with fun working culture. Team outing events are organized quarterly, such as a trip to Changzhou Dinosaur Park shouting on roller coaster, a barbecue party at Gucun Park enjoying the food and sunshine, as well as a super party in a nice villa cooking and playing. Apart from regular activities，you will also find team members in KTV or Board Games after work.

Hilton has been operating RMCCs since 2004, managing city center, convention, airport and resort hotels. Currently the 4 running centers are located in Watford, Dallas, Shanghai and Dubai.
In September 2012 Hilton opened its 3rd RMCC office in Shanghai, China. The center now manages 132 hotels with more than 42,000 rooms in 94 cities across 14 countries.
