在希尔顿，我们的愿景是“让世界充满阳光，让大家都感受到热情与温暖”——没有什么能比回馈当地社区更能实践这一理念了。今年8月，希尔顿亚太收益综合管理中心（下称“RMCC”）的团队成员们在过去两周里走进日新中心当起了义工。
日新中心是一家由美国人创办的非营利社会福利组织，其主要面向在上海生活困难和无家可归的人们，为他们免费提供午餐，淋浴，干净的衣物以及就业援助咨询。从2008年成立至今，他们一直在这样做——仅仅是依靠来自志愿者们的公益服务和物资捐赠。最近，他们将中心搬到了上海市闵行区，在这里，来自RMCC的志愿者们伸出援手，身体力行的去为这些无家可归的人们贡献一份自己的力量。
At Hilton our vision is "To fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality" and what better of doing this than to give back to the local community. In the month of August, RMCC Asia Pacific partnered with the Renewal Center, an organisation that provides food, clean clothing and showers to Shanghai’s homeless community. They have been doing this since 2008, relying purely on donations and volunteers. Having recently moved both their drop in center and residence & training center to the Minhang district in Shanghai, this is where an eager and friendly group of volunteers from RMCC Asia Pacific travelled with purpose to help and support this worthy cause.
在两周的时间里，每天有四至五名团队成员组成志愿者团队到达中心，在柜台对新老“客人”进行登记，为他们提供干净的衣服以及洗浴备品，帮助他们迅速恢复活力。同时还有志愿者在厨房洗菜烹饪，为他们提供简单但营养均衡的膳食。这些都将被计算在RMCC2017年企业社会责任活动时间里。今年的目标是达到1400小时的社区服务，并确保我们能给当地社区带来积极的影响。
Over the space of two weeks, volunteer groups of between four to five team members made the trip to the drop in center to help with registering new and old visitors, give out clean clothes, provide them with the essentials for a rejuvenating shower and well as cook and feed them a simple but nutritious meal. This all counts towards RMCC Asia Pacific's target of achieving over 1,400 hours of Corporate Social Responsibility hours for 2017, making this a key objective for the year and making sure we positively impact our local communities.
团队成员们不仅非常乐意帮助四名日新中心的全职员工——他们通常每天需要接待二三十个的无家可归的人，也从他们讲述的故事里受到了启发。日新中心的杨师傅教了我们如何做饭和保持厨房环境卫生整洁，他的一句话令我们陷入了沉思：“你的心态将会决定你会成为怎样的人”，说的就是那些他每天接待的，想通过自己的努力改变目前生活现状的人们。
The team not only enjoyed volunteering and helping their staff of four full time employees, who regularly help between 20 and 30 homeless people, but were inspired by their stories. Mr. Yang the resident chef, who took time to teach us how to cook and keep his immaculate kitchen told us “Your mindset decides who you become”, referring to the people he meets every day trying to change their circumstances. Inspiring indeed!
我们期待能与这个伟大的公益组织建立长期友好合作关系。之后我们也将继续跟进，并在办公室发起衣物，洗浴备品和食物方面的物资捐赠，与日新中心共同帮助那些在上海需要帮助的人们。
We look forward to a long and cooperative partnership with this great non-profit organisation, and we will be following up our volunteering efforts by doing a donation drive in the office for clothing, showering essentials and food so we can continue to help the Renewal Center help those in need in Shanghai.

Hilton has been operating RMCCs since 2004, managing city center, convention, airport and resort hotels.
Currently the 4 running centers are located in Watford, Dallas, Shanghai and Dubai.
