5月，共有55名团队成员再次造访了我们的“老朋友”日新中心，并像往常一样承担了做饭，登记流浪人员和整理募捐衣物的工作。中心的创始人Jimmy McWhinney对我们的再次造访表示由衷的感谢。他告诉我们，中心因为我们的到来扩大了影响力，吸引了许多其它企业向中心募捐以及组织员工进行志愿者活动。
Last month, 55 RMCC Team Members took time off their busy schedules to volunteer at the Renewal Center for a third round. They helped cook meals, register their guests and sort clothes as we always do. Speaking to Jimmy McWhinney, founder of the center, he was happy to see us again and shared with us that due to our involvement they have been able to attract other organizations for both donations and volunteer support.

在企业社会责任活动方面，RMCC一直在探索不同的渠道和机构，希望能带着希尔顿热情好客的使命——“让世界充满阳光、让大家感受到热情的温暖”去关爱更多需要帮助的人。在本月8日和11日两天，共有30名RMCC团队成员分批造访了位于上海浦东的新生命之家，并与小朋友们进行了互动。
In terms of corporate social responsibility activities, RMCC has been exploring different channels and institutions, hoping to spread the light and warmth of Hospitality to more people in need of care. On the 8th and 11th of this month, a total of 30 RMCC team members visited the Shanghai Healing Home in 2 batches and interacted with the children.

新生命之家
上海新生命之家是一家为唇腭裂宝宝及患有其他先天疾病的宝宝提供专业看护的非盈利机构。他们为需要进行手术矫正畸形的弃婴提供术前及术后看护，协助中国当地福利机构发展。新生命之家为宝宝们提供家一样的成长环境，尽力满足他们物质、情感、社会发展的需求。
Shanghai Healing Home (SHH) is a non-profit foster home where vulnerable special needs babies are cared for by trained caregivers and medical staff. They assist local Chinese Children’s Welfare institutes by providing pre and post-surgical care to abandoned Chinese orphan babies born with surgically correctable deformities. SHH creates a home-like environment that meets babies’ physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
在正式开始接触新生命之家的小朋友之前，每一个人都必须参与志愿者培训，了解陪小朋友玩耍的时候有哪些需要注意的事项。第一批参与活动的成员在接受培训之后便进入游戏室和小朋友一起玩游戏。到了午饭时间，他们便帮忙给小朋友喂饭。和第一批去的成员不同，第二批的成员主要是和小朋友一起在室外的小游乐场玩耍。部分成员在太阳底下花了两个小时还帮忙给小朋友们重新组装了一架秋千。
Before being permitted to get in touch with the babies, everyone must attend an orientation which explains important details volunteers should keep in mind when playing with the babies. Our first batch of team members played games with babies in the playing room after going through the orientation. They helped the caregivers to feed the babies during lunchtime. Unlike the first batch, our second batch of team members played with babies at the small outdoor playing ground. Some of them even helped build a new swing!

在新生命之家所见到的一切都令人印象深刻。在心疼这些遭受着病痛的小朋友的同时，我们也由衷地敬佩这家机构的负责人们。正是因为他们的努力，这些小朋友才能够得到专业的照顾，在家一样的环境里健康成长。
What we saw in SHH is very impressive and memorable. While we were sympathetic to the babies who suffered from illness, we appreciated and respected the founders and staff at SHH. Because of their effort, babies here are able to get access to professional care and grow up in this family-like environment.
