新书到货！//New Arrivals in our library!
今年，RMCC的活动策划小组为妇女节的庆祝活动做了精心的准备。早上，培训经理Samantha以邮件的形式向大家发送了RMCC图书馆的新书海报——为庆祝妇女节的到来，我们特意又购入了一些关于女性在职场上的成长的书籍。
This year, RMCC’s social committee had well-prepared for the celebration of International Women’s Day (IWD).
In the morning, our training manager Samantha sent out an email to all announcing the new books that have been added to RMCC library. To celebrate IWD, we deliberately purchased a few books featuring women’s development in workplace.
Christine与大家分享她的职场故事//Christine sharing her career stories
下午2点，我们有幸邀请到了上海新虹桥希尔顿花园酒店的总经理Christine Wang与大家分享她的职业发展之路。她的演讲主题是“走出你的舒适区”。在讲话中，Christine提到了女性在职场中的优势，比如更擅长于聆听，更敏感，关注细节等。她建议大家在职业发展中要敢于迈出最初的一小步，不要害怕失败，不要局限自己。
At 2pm in the afternoon, Christine Wang, General Manager of Hilton Garden Inn Shanghai Hongqiao was invited to share her career development path. Her presentation theme was “Step out of your comfort zone”. Christine's speech mentioned the advantages of women in the workplace, such as good at listening, sensitivity, attention to details, etc. She suggested that women should dare to take the initial small step in their career development. Don't be afraid of failure, don't limit yourself.
插花课程//Flower arranging class
听完演讲，超过30名女性团队成员参与了插花课程。大家都乐在其中，并纷纷在社交网络上与大家分享自己的花艺作品。
After the presentation, over 30 female team members participated in the flower arranging class. Our RMCC ladies really enjoyed this activity as many of them shared the photos their craftworks in social media.
最后，8名团队成员参与了一小时的放松身心的瑜伽课程。对于长期坐办公室的我们来说，定期通过瑜伽来对身体进行一些拉伸是非常有必要的。
In the end, 8 team members joined the 1-hour yoga class which brought relaxation. For those who sit in the office for a long time, it is very necessary to perform some stretching on the bodies through yoga regularly.

今年的妇女节的主题是“找好平衡，做更好的自己。”虽然每年妇女节的主题都不同，然而在RMCC，有三个主题是永恒不变的：
关注女性的学习与发展，不仅是为了她们职场的晋升，同时也有助于她们实现自我价值。
帮助女性实现生活和工作的平衡。
坚持赞扬和鼓励身边的女性们。
This year’s IWD theme is #BalanceforBetter. The theme for IWD changes each year. However, the three themes in the RMCC remain consistent:
Focus on learning and development for females, not only for career advancement but also self-fulfillment.
Create a work-life balance that works for females.
Continue to praise and uplift the women around us.
目前，RMCC的收益分析员，区域收益经理，高级区域收益经理团队中的女性占比分别为76%，61%和60%。共有15名女性团队成员在过去的2018年得到了晋升。在2019年，我们相信这些数字仍然会不断增长。
Currently, the female team members in RMCC's revenue analysts, cluster revenue managers, and senior cluster revenue manager teams account for 76%, 61%, and 60% respectively. A total of 15 female team members had been promoted last year. In 2019, we believe that these numbers will continue to grow.
