RMCC校招宣讲会 x 办公室开放日回顾//Campus Recruitment Event & Office Open Day

宣讲以快问快答环节开始，主要是考验同学们在此之前对希尔顿和RMCC的了解程度，引起了同学们的好奇心，也调动了大家的积极性。

The presentation began with a fast trivia session. Our purpose was to test how well the students know RMCC and Hilton prior to this event. This aroused the curiosity of the students and mobilized everyone's enthusiasm.

在集团的介绍环节，Ted细致地向同学们讲解了希尔顿集团的历史，旗下品牌以及我们“带着目的去旅行”的环保承诺。

In the session of Hilton Corporate introduction, Ted shared the history of Hilton, introduced the brands in our portfolio and our environmental commitment of “Travel with purpose”.

此后，Ted向大家展示了RMCC的组织架构，文化以及收益管理的概念，并详细解析了收益管理在各个领域的重要性。同学们对这个平日课程中较少涉及到的领域表现出了极大的兴趣。许多同学提出了非常有质量的问题，Ted则结合实例为大家一一做出解答，并取得了同学们的一致好评。最后，我们带领大家了解了此次校招的职位——实习生和收益分析员的能力要求和今后的发展方向。

Then, Ted presented the RMCC's organizational structure, culture, the concept of revenue management and its importance in various industries. The students showed great interest on this topic that is rarely covered in their daily courses. Many high-quality questions were raised by the students and Ted answered them one by one with different samples, which earned him a good reputation. In the end, we released the two positions that we’re recruiting this time – Intern and Revenue Analyst. We also presented the competency requirements and the future career development direction of these positions.

正式的宣讲部分结束后，两位团队成员与大家进行了自己的履历分享。

高级区域收益经理Cherry从复旦学姐的角度，结合自己毕业季找工作时的真实情况，阐述了“选择小众的、不可替代性强的且有良好发展前景的行业并坚定的走下去，才能在职业道路上快速发展”的观点。

区域收益经理Clarence则以自身的经历为例，与同学们分享了自己是如何从实习生与RMCC结缘，毕业后回到RMCC并一路从收益分析员历经18个月成长为区域收益经理的过程。

After the formal presentation sessions, 2 team members shared their career experiences.

Senior cluster revenue manager Cherry, who actually graduated from Fudan University, elaborated her view "choose a niche, irreplaceable industry with a promising future and stick to it. Only by doing this can you get a fast development of your career path” combined with the real situation of her graduation season. 

Clarence, Cluster Revenue Manager, also shared his personal growth experience in RMCC. He first joined RMCC as an intern. Then he returned to the center after graduation and developed himself from a revenue analyst into a cluster revenue manager within 18 months.

高级区域收益经理 Cherry 毕业于复旦大学旅游管理专业，是一名收益管理爱好者，于2015年加入RMCC担任区域收益经理，期间管理过上海外滩华尔道夫酒店、上海虹桥元一希尔顿酒店、广州天河希尔顿酒店等多家重点酒店。在2017年晋升成为高级区域收益经理，负责整个大中华区70余家酒店的商业表现。

工作之余，Cherry也十分注重家庭，享受烹饪带给家人的幸福感，也十分热衷与爱人一起探索小众的旅游秘境。

Senior cluster revenue Manager Cherry graduated from Fudan University’s Tourism Management major. As a revenue management enthusiast, she joined RMCC as a cluster revenue manager in 2015. So far, she has managed Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the BUND, Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao, Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe and many other key hotels. She was promoted to senior cluster revenue manager in 2017, being responsible for the business performance of more than 70 hotels throughout Greater China.

In addition to work, Cherry also pays great attention to family. She enjoys the happiness brought by the cooking as well as by the exploration of the mysterious places around the world with her love.

区域收益经理 Clarence 毕业于荷兰斯坦德大学的酒店管理专业。毕业前他曾在RMCC有过半年的实习经历。2016年9月毕业后，Clarence又回到RMCC从收益分析员做起，并一路晋升到区域收益经理的职位。他目前管理着希尔顿旗下大中华区的五家酒店。

在生活中，Clarence 十分喜欢旅行，绘画和运动。他对日本文化及美景情有独钟，常常利用周末时间去日本度假。此外，他闲暇时偶尔会抽空去画油画，借此来找寻内心的平静。而运动则能够让办公室久坐的他在心灵和身体上得到一些释放。

Cluster revenue manager, Clarence graduated from the University of Steinway in the Netherlands with a major in hotel management. Before graduation, he had a 6-month internship at RMCC. After graduating in September 2016, Clarence returned to RMCC and became a revenue analyst. Now, He has been promoted to cluster revenue manager. He currently manages five hotels in Greater China.

In life, Clarence is very fond of travelling, painting and sports. He has an admiration for Japanese culture and scenery. He always goes for staycation in Japan during the weekend. In addition, he occasionally paints oil paintings in his leisure time, in searching for the inner peace. Through exercise, his body and mind can get some release after spending a long day in the office.

首次校园宣讲会结束后，我们邀请了部分对希尔顿/RMCC感兴趣的同学参加了RMCC历史上首届办公室开放日活动。

Following our first campus recruitment presentation at Fudan University, RMCC hosted their first open day and invited some of the students who had expressed interest in a career with Hilton & RMCC.

在活动正式开始前，几位收益分析员带领着同学们体验了桌上足球，并带领大家参观了有着“百万江景”的37楼办公室。

Prior to the event, several revenue analysts led the students to a game of Foosball and to enjoy the panoramic Bund views from our 37th floor office. 

活动正式开始后，我们的培训经理Samantha带领着同学们快速回顾了一下当天宣讲会的重点。紧接着我们的收益总监Mikael向大家介绍了中心的企业文化，经营理念以及我们在过去两年里开展的丰富多彩的活动。值得一提的是，截至目前，中心进行的企业社会责任活动小时数已经达到1777个小时，离我们的目标1800个小时只有一步之遥。

During the event, our training manager, Samantha, reviewed the highlight of the campus presentation with the students, and then our director Mikael introduced the RMCC culture, business philosophy, and various activities we have had over the last two years. It is worth mentioning that so far RMCC has achieved 1,777h Corporate Social Responsibility activities and it is only a few hours away from our target of 1,800 hours for the year.

“如果你的酒店今晚只剩最后一间房，A先生愿意出150美元住1晚，B先生愿意出100美元连住两晚，你会把这个房间卖给谁？”带着这样的疑问，收益副总监Clay带领着同学们进行了以收益最大化为目的的收益小游戏，并在游戏结束之后，为大家讲解了基本的收益管理的有关概念。

"If your hotel has only one room left tonight, Mr. A is willing to pay $150 for 1 night, Mr. B is willing to pay $100 per night for two nights. Who will you sell this room to?" With such questions, assistant director Clay, organized a revenue game of maximizing revenue and explained some basic concepts of revenue management.

短暂的茶歇之后，大家转战位于12楼、今年7月才正式投入使用的新办公室，并进入到了长达1小时的经历分享环节。实习生Nikki、Gary，高级收益分析员Henry、收益分析员Xian，以及两位复旦的学姐人力资源专员Yoyo、区域收益经理Doris与大家分享了自己到目前为止的工作经历，并发自肺腑地从不同的角度向同学们提出了宝贵的建议。最后，收益副总监Ted进行了总结陈词，并鼓励学生们进行网申。至此，干货满满的下午到此划上了圆满的句点，活动结束后我们也收到了来自同学们的积极反馈。

After a short break, everyone took the short elevator ride to the new office in 12th floor, which was officially opened for business in July of this year. Here we had a one-hour sharing session, where interns Nikki and Gary, senior revenue analyst Henry, revenue analyst Xian, as well as two previous Fudan students HR executive Yoyo, and cluster revenue manager Doris shared their career experiences and offered valuable suggestions from different perspectives to the students. At last, assistant director Ted concluded the event and encouraged students to start the online application process. Hence, the meaningful & fruitful afternoon ended successfully, with very positive feedback from the students.
