Merry Christmas!
希尔顿亚太区收益管理整合中心（下称RMCC）于12月14日举办了大家期待已久的圣诞派对。整个上午，圣诞题材的电影都在办公室的公共区域循环播放着。中午时分，大家一起享用圣诞节必吃美食之烤火鸡肉和热红酒。在所有人的精心准备和布置下，整个办公室洋溢着浓浓的圣诞气息，大家齐聚一堂，在欢度圣诞的同时庆祝这意义重大的一年。
December 14th was Christmas at RMCC Asia Pacific this year! With what can only be considered a record-breaking year in terms of expansion, the RMCC team took some time to get into the festive spirit. During the day Christmas movies played in the pantry and then we all got together to enjoy a delicious traditional Christmas turkey.

有了圣诞气氛和美食助兴，怎么能少了游戏的参与。分享完美味佳肴，大家开始了RMCC的传统圣诞游戏“白象礼物交换”，而这个游戏的前身是圣诞传统礼物交换游戏“秘密圣诞老人”。两者最大的不同点就在于 “白象礼物交换”多了一个“偷换”的概念，也就是说大家要先按照抽取的号码依次上前选择礼物，并且有权利去“偷换“在你前面的人的礼物。这次我们有90多个团队成员参与其中，而”偷换“礼物这个新规则使整个游戏变得更加惊险刺激，办公室洋溢着此起彼伏的欢笑声。
However, the real fun began when RMCC Team members had their now traditional White Elephant gift exchange. This is a twist on the Secret Santa concept where team members take turns to either select a wrapped gift or steal someone else’s gift! With over 90 team members participating and everyone walking away with a gift, this brought the spirit of Christmas alive.

紧随其后的是RMCC本月的“社交周五”休闲娱乐活动，本期主题围绕着圣诞展开，大家自由组队制作姜饼屋和圣诞树。除此之外，我们也非常依依不舍地送别了Chris Cranford，这是他在上海工作的最后一天。Chris曾任RMCC的收益总监以及大中华及蒙古高级区域收益总监的职位。在他在任的这段时期，RMCC和大中华及蒙古商业服务团队的规模与之前相比已经扩大了两倍。这得益于Chris对工作的热情，带领团队的方式方法以及他对于合作文化的重视。

Later on the afternoon, it was time for the One Team Social committee to have their weekly social gathering. This month, it was hosted by RMCC and themed around Christmas with both gingerbread house building and tree decorating competitions. However, it was also time to say farewell to the one and only Chris Cranford. Chris after spending four years in China has had a tremendous impact not only during his time as RMCC Director but also as Senior Regional Director of Revenue. In his time, here both RMCC and Greater China and Mongolia Commercial Services have more than double in size that is in great part due to his passion and focuses on a collaborative culture.
