I believe customer is the key to develop a sustainable business in the long run. We deliver beyond customers’ expectation by building a great brand of Farfetch and growing an integrated operation of “people, products, and places”. Thus, I insist on understanding my customers, tailoring meaningful experiences and earning customer loyalty.

I want to be kind and authentic to everyone. As a human, we all make mistakes, and we have emotions and feelings. They exist for a reason. When we face them genuinely, we can reach our full potential and grow together. Thus, we are authentic, do the right thing and accept mistakes.

I think a cohesive and competent team can achieve more than an individual. The power of a team doesn’t lay in its size, but in how each member complements others’ strengths and coordinates with one another. So we need to clarify the goal & strategy, drive team success, think ‘we’ before ‘I’ and create a safe space.
