8月8日，希尔顿亚太收益综合管理中心（下称“RMCC”）与希尔顿大中华区及蒙古集团总部共同正式举行了“与希尔顿共同蓬勃发展”(THRIVE@HILTON，下称”Thrive”)的发布会。

On Tuesday 8th August, the RMCC Asia Pacific partnered with the Greater China Regional office to officially launch THRIVE@HILTON.
Team members are the heart of Hilton and at the core of all our success – we are committed to ensuring they THRIVE@HILTON with their body, mind and spirit, and can be your best self every day.

希尔顿大中华区及蒙古集团总裁钱进先生进行了开场演讲，并问在场的团队成员们，大家今天Thrive了吗？紧接着，高层们在现场为大家进行了太极拳表演。
此后，我们与海口鲁能希尔顿酒店进行直播连线，希尔顿大中华区及蒙古集团人力资源副总裁Christine女士在直播中为我们概述了未来三个月我们将如何按月将Thrive在整个集团中贯彻下去的举措和愿景：8月主要注重修身，9月注重养性（重点会放在“阅读”上，外联团队将为大家推荐他们喜欢的书籍）10月则会专注在精神方面，届时，我们将借着希尔顿全球服务周的机会，通过一系列企业社会责任活动来回馈和服务社区和社会。
回到现场，希尔顿大中华区及蒙古集团销售副总裁Remington先生向团队成员们介绍了孔子的儒家思想和国学大师南怀瑾先生的禅宗佛学，以及如何利用这些思想和理论更好的使自己处于一种身心健康的状态。
最后，我们以现场制作健康果汁的环节结束了此次发布会。
We launched this with an event where:
QJ (Area President GCM) opened up asking team member if they had thrived today!
This was followed by senior leaders showing off their Tai-chi/Kun Fu skills.
We then connected via a live broadcast with Hilton Haikou, where Christine Wang (VP HR GCM) outlined the vision of how we would be rolling out this initiative by month over the next three months: Starting with Body in August, Mind in September (where the emphasis will be on reading and the ExCom team will be recommending their favourite books) and Spirit in October to coincide with Hilton’s Global Week of Service when we take time to give back to the community through a series of organised Social Corporate Responsibility events.

希尔顿亚太收益综合管理中心 (RMCC Asia Pacific) 成立于2012年9月。坐标上海，我们管理着超过25,000间客房的110家酒店，以及跨越12个国家56座城市的 910,000,000美金客房收益。

In September 2012 Hilton opened its 3rd RMCC office in Shanghai, China. The center now manages 110 hotels with more than 25,000 rooms and $910 million room revenue in 56 cities across 12 countries.
Hilton has been operating RMCCs since 2004, managing city center, convention, airport and resort hotels.
Currently the 4 running centers are located in Watford, Dallas, Shanghai and Dubai.
