Following previous post on Feb hotel visit, RMCC CRMs went on and completed another three visits in late Feb. Our CRM Amy Mao, Selina Zhang and Chuck Rullan set for their trips to meet their hotel partners and visit competitor hotels in the market, so as to build strong relationships with hotel teams and understand the unique selling points of their properties. Together as a team, we share the same objectives as our hotels to drive business and be the market leader.
继上一次酒店考察的文章分享后，RMCC又有另外三位收益经理前去拜访酒店。我们的收益管理经理Amy，Selina和Chuck会见了酒店经营团队并参观竞争对手酒店。与此同时，在更深层的理解酒店所独有的竞争优势与实力的同时，收益经理们也和酒店经营团队建立了密切的关系。同在希尔顿集团，我们与酒店有着相同的目的，且双方都为酒店能在市场中占有领导地位持续付出不懈努力。
Hilton Yuxi Fuxian Lake
In late February, CRM Selina Zhang had her exploration to Yun’nan province for her hotel visit at Hilton Yuxi Fuxian Lake. Hotel is located in suburb of Kunming, taking about 60 minutes by car to reach this beautiful and tranquil place.

在二月下旬，收益经理Selina Zhang前往云南抚仙湖希尔顿酒店参观及进行市场考察。酒店位于昆明近郊，从昆明出发车程约60分钟即可抵达这家景色优美宁静的酒店。

Doubletree by Hilton Shiyan
Another CRM Amy Mao travelled to Shiyan, Hubei Province, for her hotel visit at DoubleTree by Hilton Shiyan. Hotel is not only the first Hilton hotel in the city, but also the first international branded hotel in Shiyan.
Shiyan is where the famous Wudang Mountain is located, which is one of the most important cultural & religion canters of the Taoism. Danjiangkou Reservoir in Shiyan plays an important role in the North-South water diversion project of the Han River. The city is also one of the most important centers of automobile industry in China, with Dongfeng, the premier manufacturer of trucks, buses, and heavy goods vehicle as a major employer. It is also labeled as the 'Detroit' of China, the automobile manufacturing hub of China.
An eventful 3 day trip includes meeting with the hotel team, Wudang Mountain hiking, sales calls and competitor visit. During the time spent, Amy gained precious knowledge of the city and spent quality time with the hotel team. She and the team are certain there is big potential for Doubletree by Hilton Shiyan to ram pup. They are confident to be the most popular hotel in Shiyan. Big thanks to the hotel team for being such a wonderful host.
二月底，收益经理Amy毛银亚前往十堰希尔顿逸林酒店参观及进行市场考察。酒店位于湖北十堰，除了是十堰第一家希尔顿酒店之外，还是当地第一家国际品牌酒店！
十堰可能不为多数人所知，但其有着悠久的历史与文化。世界著名道教圣地武当山就位于十堰。南水北调中线工程调水源头丹江口水库也位于十堰。同时十堰还是中国第一世界前三的东风商用车公司总部所在地，这也给十堰带来”汽车城”，”卡车之都”，”东方底特律”的美名。
在三天的酒店考察里，Amy除了与销售团队开会、一同拜访客户及竞争对手酒店，还踏上武当山健行。Amy及酒店团队都深信十堰希尔顿逸林酒店在未来有巨大潜力成长，对酒店的发展充满了信心，再次感谢酒店团队的热情接待！
Hilton Chatan Okinawa Resort
CRM Charles Rullan journeyed to the Island of Okinawa on his hotel visit to Hilton Chatan Okinawa Resort. The Resort is located next to the popular Mihama Town Resort American Village, one of Okinawa’s largest entertainments, retail and dining precincts. Sunset beach and the marina are within walking distance as well.
Stunning Ocean View from the guest room overlooking the harbour makes for a breath taking sunset. The resort also features a variety of restaurants to taste great local and international cuisine, or enjoy a relaxing lunch from the poolside bar. Plenty of exploring and fun to be had with its location, it seems to have something for everyone.

临近二月末，收益管理经理Charles Rullan踏上了前往冲绳岛上的希尔顿Chatan冲绳度假村酒店的旅程。Chatan冲绳度假村酒店邻近远近闻名的美国度假村——三原镇，它是冲绳县最大的娱乐，零售采购和用餐的区域。日落沙滩和码头也在距离酒店的不远处。
