6月中旬，希尔顿举办了一年一度的“员工感谢周”的活动。之所以设置这样一个感谢周，是希望能利用这个星期对我们了不起的团队成员们表示感激之情。在希尔顿亚太收益综合管理中心（以下简称“RMCC”）与希尔顿大中华区及蒙古集团总部的共同组织下，员工们度过了真正难忘的一周。借着感谢周的主题我们引入“与希尔顿共同蓬勃发展”（Thrive@Hilton）这个宗旨。该宗旨从身体，心灵与精神三方面着手，员工的生活，感谢周的所有活动都是围绕着这三个方面来设计和开展的。
In June, Hilton embarked on their annual celebration of Team Member Appreciation Week, a week designed to recognize and demonstrate our collective appreciation to our amazing teams. RMCC Asia Pacific partnered with the Greater China Regional office to deliver a truly memorable week. This week also coincided with the introduction of Thrive@Hilton. This initiative aims to enrich the lives of our team members by focusing on body, mind and spirit and the Team Member Appreciation week activities tried to capture the essence of these principles.
周一·文化交流日 | Monday·Culture Day
我们为办公室的同事们精心准备了来自世界各地的食物并进行了集体午餐，希望通过此举能让团队成员们相互了解更多来自不同国家和地区的同事家乡的文化。（你知道吗：在RMCC共有来10个不同国家和地区的员工呢！）
We sampled foods from around the world and learned a little bit more about our team member’s cultures. (Did you know: we have team member from 10 different countries working in RMCC Asia Pacific!)
周二·你是最棒哒 | Tuesday·Catch the Best of Me
我们借着感谢周的主题推出了“记录最棒的我”活动，旨在鼓励员工们专门花时间给同事们写电子感谢卡或传统的手写贺卡，感谢他们在过去一年中给过自己的支持和帮助，感谢他们让RMCC的工作氛围和环境变得轻松有趣。
On Tuesday, we launched Catch Me at My Best.This included eCatches and also old fashion thank you cards, where the team took time thank their fellow team members for making RMCC Asia Pacific a fun place to work.
周三·运动健康日 | Wednesday·Sports & Health day
这个主题日的活动专注于“与希尔顿共同蓬勃发展”中的身体健康部分，并倡导同事们在日常工作和生活中“动起来”。活动包括拔河比赛，健康零食，肩颈按摩以及情感减压专题研讨会。
Today’s activities aimed at promoting a more active lifestyle and focus on the body part of Hilton Thrive included a Tug of War competition, healthy snacks, head and shoulder massages & an Emotional Stress release workshop.
周四·电影欣赏日 | Thursday·Movie Day
在这一天，除了鼓励员工们打扮成自己喜欢的电影明星或角色，并在午后成功把办公室打造成了临时的电影放映厅，提供爆米花助兴之外，所有员工都收到了电影代金券作为礼物，让大家可以和自己的亲朋好友在工作之余共同前往影院观影。我们相信，员工们都将和自己的家庭或朋友在电影院度过一段美妙的时光！
On this day, the team were encouraged to dress as their favourite movie character or star, followed by popcorn and three movie choices in the afternoon for them to enjoy. Team member also received a movie voucher, so that they could enjoy a movie with their loved one. We are sure all of our team members enjoyed a movie with their friends or family this week as well!
周五·团队精神日 | Friday·Team Spirit Day
作为团队精神日的一部分，周五员工们收到了我们特别定制的印有RMCC Logo的Polo衫。当天下午，我们与希尔顿大中华区及蒙古集团总部在上海外滩华尔道夫酒店共同举办了一场酒会。在会上，希尔顿大中华区及蒙古集团总裁钱进先生谈到了他对希尔顿在中国以及亚太地区未来的展望，同时庆祝亚太地区首家希尔顿格芮品牌——三亚崖州湾度假村，希尔顿格芮精选酒店的盛大开幕（2017年6月8日）。
As part of Team Spirit day, the team received their own RMCC Asia Pacific polo tops and together with the Greater China Regional office we hosted a beer & go where Mr.QJ (Area President GCM) talked about his ambition for Hilton in not only China but Asia Pacific as well as celebrating the first Curio in Asia Pacific, the Sanya Yazhou Bay Resort.
除了准备午餐和午后轻食，我们每天还给员工们提供不同主题的“惊喜”，例如定制的瓶装水，巧克力和感谢马克杯等。
Lunch was provided every day as well as afternoon snacks and treats, together with a themed surprise everyday including personalised water bottles, chocolates and thank you mugs.
