
On May 26th,the RMCC Asia Pacific office embarked on their first ever Su Di day. The concept behind this event was to encourage creativity and team work, giving team members a whole day to work on ideas and projects which would positively impact the business and the culture or their working environment whilst having fun along the way.
The name comes from the Chinese “Express Delivery”, which is a play on words since the project teams had just one day to work on their projects to then present them to a panel of illustrious judges. Hours of planning and organisation went into making the event as successful as it was, with a total of nine projects making the final cut. These projects varied from optimizing Hilton’s family offers, to creating a platform of wellbeing at work (HEI Time), from introducing the RMCC Library to creating a one stop travel planning platform. These were all presented with passion and energy to our aforementioned panel of judges which included senior stakeholders from the Hilton corporate office, and thus also afforded the team an opportunity to network with key figures in the business.
5月26日,希尔顿亚太收益管理整合中心举办了有史以来首个“速递日”活动。此次活动旨在鼓励员工的创造力和团队合作能力,给予大家一整天的时间致力于那些由他们自己提出的,能够给我们的企业发展,文化或工作环境带来积极影响的创意和项目,同时乐在其中。
活动名称来源于中文的“速递”一词。之所以称为“速递日”,是因为各个项目团队只有一天的时间来完成他们的项目并将其创意展示给我们杰出的评审小组来进行评判。活动的成功离不开我们前期大量时间的精心规划和组织,共有九个项目进入终审环节。每个项目都有自己独特的视野和见解,有优化希尔顿家庭住宿服务的,有打造一体化健康工作和生活分享平台的,有建立RMCC图书角的,还有为员工专门创建一站式旅行计划平台的。所有团队都充分展示了对此次活动的激情和正能量。项目最终通过演讲形式展示给了全体成员和来自希尔顿大中华区总部的高层代表,从而也为团队提供了与“大人物们”沟通的机会。




At the end, there were three winners:

"Most valuable impact to the business" went to #KidsFirst, led by Mikael Bouchet with great ideas about how to optimize our family offers and make stays with Hilton more special and memorable.
“最有价值奖”由Mikael Bouchet领导的#KidsFirst团队获得。该项目主要致力于如何优化家庭住宿服务,让希尔顿家庭入住体验更具个性化和令人难忘。

"Best presentation of project and plan" went to Visualizing RM, led by Chaitanya Rane centred on how to make Revenue Management more accessible from a visual perspective.
“最佳展示奖”由Chaitanya Rane领导的“可视化收益管理”团队获得,该项目旨在从视觉角度让收益管理和分析更加一目了然。

"Most creative project and plan" went to HEI Time, led by Clay Gu which laid out an accessible plan to incorporate wellbeing in the work place by focusing on Health, EQ & IQ activities.
“最具创意奖”由Clay Gu领导的HEI Time团队获得,该团队展示了一个可行方案,专注于开展健商,情商与智商的相关活动,将”身心健康”的概念融入工作场合中。

We plan on continuing to work on all the projects, and look forward to the next instalment of Su Di day with even more impactful and creative ideas.
