As many Asia Pacific Hilton hotels choices, this hotel is revenue managed out of the RMCC office in Shanghai and their revenue manager is Lorsh Cheng. Lorsh is from Hong Kong and studied Tourism and Hospitality Management at HKU. Lorsh brings with her experience of the Hong Kong market, having worked for both Marco Polo and New World Millennium hotels in that city.
