过去一周对希尔顿亚太收益管理综合中心（下称“RMCC”）来说是相当充实的。除了推出第一个“茁壮成长周”，我们还在周五下午进行了五周年庆典！ 随着“与希尔顿共同茁壮成长”（Thrive@Hilton，下称Thrive）的推出，RMCC以Thrive@RMCC（与RMCC共同茁壮成长）为口号，围绕身体，心灵和精神在成长周开展了一系列活动。借此机会，整个团充分享受了Thrive带来的能量及乐趣。本周我们开展了13项活动，共计283人次参加，并分享了32项新活动提议。

元气满满的一周从鲜榨果汁和什锦早餐（瑞士德语Müesli。发源于瑞士的一种流行营养食品，主要由未煮的麦片、水果和坚果等组成）的健康搭配开始。中午时分，团队成员们聚集在一起聆听了收益副总监Clay的成长周开幕演讲，其中包括鼓动全员参与30天挑战，以及倡导“工作狂”们给自己立下“准点下班”承诺。

为了能让大家能在工作中避免处于亚健康状态，周二，收益副总监Felipe带领大家在办公室进行了一些简单的拉伸运动。同天，如火如荼的乒乓球赛也在午间拉开了帷幕。

周三，“心灵”是我们的主题。“RMCC图书角”发起人，区域收益经理Louie向大家推荐了一些好书，并为热爱阅读的同事们建立了一个微信群。傍晚，RMCC跑步俱乐部的发起人，区域收益经理Amy带领6名同事在美丽的外滩进行了健康跑活动。

周四的主题则是“精神”。NysUn，办公室的“创意达人”带领大家一起写信给未来的自己。通过“慢递”的形式，这个活动通过一个复古的方式让你有机会给未来的自己手写一封信，旨在给未来的大家一个机会去诚实的面对过去的自己。当然，如果没有傍晚的羽毛球运动让大家健健身出出汗，成长周怎么能算得上完整呢~

怎么样，还不错吧？整整一周元气满满意义深远的活动，激励团队成员们Thrive。你以为以上就是全部？那你也太小瞧我们啦！ 最好的当然要留到最后——周五下午，我们庆祝了RMCC成立5周年纪念日！除了每个团队成员收到了5周年特别定制的水壶和雨伞作为纪念礼物之外，我们还一起回顾了为RMCC五周年准备的视频，视频中第一批团队成员们与大家分享了RMCC成立初期的情况与轶事。蛋糕，香槟…当然也少不了激动人心的抽奖环节！我们幸运的团队成员Amy抽到了由大阪希尔顿酒店赞助的总统套房房券！
不用说，RMCC团队是非常有Thrive精神的。当他们不在Thrive的时候，他们也知道该如何花式庆祝RMCC的周年纪念日~ 再次衷心祝愿RMCC五周年纪念日快乐！团队成员们，让我们共同期待下周五的迪士尼之旅吧！

Last week was a busy week for the RMCC Asia Pacific office, with the launch of our first Thrive week and also celebrating the landmark 5th year anniversary! Following from the launch of Thrive@Hilton, the RMCC Asia Pacific office put together a whole week of events themed around the pillars of Body, Mind and Spirit under the slogan of Thrive@RMCC. The team fully embraced their chance to Thrive and the numbers speak for themselves with 13 activities with a total of 283 participants, and the shared 32 initiatives.
The week kicked off with a healthy breakfast of fresh juices and muesli. The team also gathered together for a kick off presentation which included the launch of a 30 day challenge competition, as well as the “Leave early” commitment for the workaholics in the group.
To promote a thriving Body, on Tuesday the team were taught some simple office stretching exercises with a live demonstration, as well as the start of the week long ping pong competition.
On Wednesday, when Mind was the main focus, the RMCC Library took centre stage with book recommendations and a WeChat group created for avid book readers. It was also the day the RMCC Running club took seven team members for a run around the bund.
Thursday with Spirit as the theme, NysUn, the creative champion of the office, brought the team together to write a letter to you future self. By the mean of “slow delivery”, this initiative offers you an old-fashioned way which allows you to send a hand-written message to your future self. By then you’ll have the chance to face the past you faithfully. And of course it wouldn’t be a Thriving week without a spot of badminton in the afternoon.
So a packed week full of meaningful events to encourage the team to Thrive. However the RMCC Asia Pacific office saved the best for last, as on Friday they celebrated their 5th year anniversary. This included branded water bottles and umbrellas as gifts for all team members, a video outlining some of the first team members experiences and anecdotes from the early RMCC years, a 5th year anniversary cake, champagne and of course a series of prices of which the most sought after was a Presidential Suite stay at Hilton Osaka!
Needless to say the RMCC Asia Pacific team was Thrive@RMCC, and when they are not doing that they know how to celebrate in style! Happy RMCC 5th anniversary again and stay tuned for the Shanghai Disney Resort outing on the next Friday!
