Established in 2004, Hilton's Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC) offers hotels world-class revenue management talent, tools and business processes. We find, develop, and motivate the best Revenue Management professionals, fitting their experience to the needs and profile of each individual hotel. RMCC Asia Pacific is now managing 156 hotels spanning the entire Hilton brand portfolio with over 45,000+ rooms and $1.8 billion room revenue in 101 cities across 17 countries.

自成立之初,RMCC就以惊人的速度在成长壮大。在庆祝我们中心正式成立六周年之际,让我们带领大家共同回顾一下RMCC2018年迄今为止具有里程碑意义的时刻吧!
As we celebrate the sixth anniversary of the opening of the RMCC Asia Pacific, it’s time to take stock of some of the landmark moments this year so far as the center has continued to grow at break-neck speed!
位于外滩中心12楼的新办公室//Our new office located on the 12th floor of Bund Center
为了跟上团队扩张的速度,今年七月份,我们新开辟了位于上海外滩中心12楼的新办公室。新办公室的空间可以容纳大约70名团队成员,但现在仅有大约25名团队成员在此办公(在新办公室工作的团队成员包括向我们特许经营、中端、全方位酒店提供特定收益管理服务的收益经理和高级收益经理们以及实习生们)。不过依照RMCC团队目前的发展趋势和对人才需求,相信在不久的将来新办公室也会坐满的~
In order to keep up with the rate of expansion, in July we opened our new office space on the 12 floor of Bund Center. Our new space has seats for around 70 team members however the RMCC only takes up about 25 of the seats today. Our Franchise, Focus Service and Intermediate model CRMs, SCRMs and Interns have relocated to this new space together. With our current growth and demand, we have no concerns that we will fill the space in the upcoming years.

今年三月份,RMCC首次正式接入了两家特许经营酒店,它们分别是位于新西兰的惠灵顿希尔顿逸林酒店和位于日本的轻井泽希尔顿格芮精选酒店。这是RMCC为拓展其服务领域做出的重要第一步,也将极大提升我们在收益管理方面的影响力。
On the subject of Franchise hotels, the center boarded their first two franchise hotels in DoubleTree Wellington and KyuKaruizawa Kikyo, Curio Collection by Hilton. This is the first step to what we believe will become an integral part of the RMCC hotel portfolio.

RMCC举办的"速递日"活动//RMCC's Signature Event - Su Di Day
这一年来,RMCC团队迅速壮大,我们的团队新增了23名成员,并且接下来也会以同样的招聘规模吸引更多的人才加入我们的团队。本年度截止目前为止,已有32家酒店加入了RMCC,并且我们的宏伟目标是将亚太区域内90%的新开业共计的30多家酒店纳入我们的管理。由于今年RMCC拓展了其服务领域至众多特许经营酒店,此举让我们取得了众多里程碑式的成就,亚太区域内由我们提供收益管理服务的酒店占比已增长至 63%。
Due to the fast pace of our growth in the RMCC this year, we have already recruited 23 new hires and plan to continue the same pace of recruiting through the end of the year. We have onboarded 32 hotels YTD and with over 30 hotels opening in the region this year, we have an ambitious goal to convert 90% of these hotels to our services. We have hit many milestones this year already by expanding our support to franchise hotels, increasing our support to 63% of the region.
另一个重要的里程碑事件是在七月底,我们正式接入了RMCC的第一百五十家酒店——杭州康莱德酒店,也是第14家由RMCC进行收益管理的康莱德酒店。
At the end of July we boarded our 150th hotel, Conrad Hangzhou, another significant milestone. This hotel represents the 14th Conrad Hotel supported by RMCC Asia Pacific.

我们的团队成员也随着希尔顿共同“茁壮成长”。人才是我们RMCC最核心的竞争优势,这一年来团队成员也不忘积极回馈社会,我们和上海新生命之家、日新中心等机构合作组织进行公益志愿服务,在今年的希尔顿全球服务周期间我们还组织了一次海岸线垃圾清理活动。今年到目前为止,RMCC团队在企业社会责任活动中参与的时长合计高达1714小时,远超去年一整年的总量!
We have also been busy Thriving. Our Team Members are at the core of the success of RMCC Asia Pacific and this year they have been giving back to the community in record numbers. So far RMCC has contributed 1,714 hours of Corporate Social Responsibility, surpassing last year’s total. We have done this by partnering with a variety of organizations such as the Renewal Center, Shanghai Healing Home and organizing a beach clean-up event for Global Week of Service.

今年,在“终身学习”理念的促使下,我们努力为团队成员们创造出一个良好的学习和发展环境,促进小伙伴们的职业及身心全方面发展。在这里,我们有着一个完善而丰富的培训学习体系,我们精心为团队成员们打造了“RMCC图书角2.0”,提供更多的资源促使大家不断学习和提高,与此同时,RMCC的内部学习周报萌芽,两周一期,为大家提供了各方面的工具和资源,还有七位小伙伴正在接受的高级收益管理发展课程的培训。我们重视自身发展以促使团队整体的进步。
This year, also under the tag line of forever learning, we have deployed our significant resources to encouraging an environment where our team members strive to develop both personally and professionally. Our brand new RMCC Library 2.0 is testament to the fact that we want to give our team members the resources to continue learning. This together with ample training opportunities, a bi-weekly learning and development newsletter and seven candidates undergoing SCRM development is further proof that we are committed to developing our own talent to help with our expansion.
随着我们在亚太地区的不断发展壮大,我们将继续创新并期待着在未来几年中收获更多的具有里程碑意义的时刻和成就!
As we continue to grow and make our footprint in Asia Pacific larger, we will continue to innovate and we look forward to more landmark moments and achievements in the coming years.
