-To maximize revenue, market share and profits for multiple hotels through the strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures;

-从利润最大化,人才培养,对客人服务及质量把控,多维度地服务酒店,从而提高酒店的客户服务标准,收益及盈利能力。

-To drive the continued development and growth of customer service standards, revenue and profits from multiple hotels and to deliver Hilton’’s mission relating to profit, people, customer and quality.

Something about RMCC

RMCC APAC全称希尔顿亚太收益管理中心 (Revenue Management Consolidated Center Asia Pacific) ,于2012年9月2日在上海正式成立,负责管理希尔顿旗下各品牌酒店的收益!成立之初,团队仅有8名成员和2家酒店,然而今天,整个团队已经壮大到超过70名成员,管理亚太地区超过200家酒店的收益。

Revenue Management Consolidated Center Asia Pacific (RMCC APAC), was established in Shanghai on September 2nd, 2012 with only eight team members and two hotels, ramping up to nine hotels by the end of that year. Today, the entire team has grown to over seventy team members and manages the revenue of over two hundred hotels across the Asia Pacific.

In RMCC, the main responsibility of Cluster Revenue Managers and Specialists is to maximize hotels’ revenue. Based on objective data, they use professional analysis capabilities to continuously communicate sales strategies with hotels to achieve the goal. At the same time, RMCC has a powerful Analytics Team. The team prepares revenue analysis data and reports every day and continuously improve operational efficiency through automation. At RMCC, talents are our core competitive advantage. We discover, develop, and inspire the best revenue management professionals, so that they can make full use of their expertise to meet the needs of different hotels. 我们的团队成员来自14个国家,管理着亚太地区跨越17个国家137座城市的希尔顿旗下各个品牌共计205家酒店。多样的文化组成让我们有机会体验到各国的美食、文化与习俗。随着希尔顿在亚太地区的酒店数量不断突破,我们收益管理中心也有望在未来几年不断成长,这也为中心内的人才培养和发展创造更多机会。

As of today, our team members come from 14 countries and manage a total of 205 hotels under Hilton's brands in 137 cities across 17 countries in Asia-Pacific. The diverse cultural background gives us the opportunity to experience the various cuisine, culture, and customs at RMCC. With Hilton’s hotel pipeline in Asia Pacific being at a record high our office is poised for growth in the coming years which will create opportunities to grow and develop our talents within the center.

同时我们也是一支非常年轻且有活力的团队,工作之余我们会组织各种娱乐活动,如:桌上足球、桌球、乒乓球等。同时,我们还有图书角、休息区、瑜伽课程等,激烈运动之余,让喜欢安静的同事们可以放松身心。我们更有不同的社团让团队成员去发现共同的兴趣爱好并一同进步。同时我们也非常关注整个团队的社会责任以及回馈社会的意识。我们成立了RMCC企业社会责任委员会,组织公益活动并加强员工的环境保护意识。

As a young and energetic team,we will organize various entertainment activities after work, such as table football, billiards, table tennis, etc. At the same time, there are a library, rest area, regularly yoga classes, etc., so that apart from intense exercise, team members who like quiet can relax. We organized different clubs for team members to discover common hobbies and make progress together. At the same time, we are also concerned about the social responsibility awareness of the entire team. We established RMCC Corporate Social Responsibility Committee to organize public welfare activities and strengthen employees' awareness of environmental protection.
