是的，你没看错，希尔顿亚太区收益管理整合中心（下称RMCC）下周二要去复旦宣讲啦！对我们来说这是一个里程碑事件——因为这将会是RMCC成立6年以来走进校园面向应届生进行宣讲的首秀，在校园内召开宣讲会也是我们中心今年的项目之一。
YES, RMCC will go to Fudan University next Tuesday to recruit future talents! It will be a milestone for us, because it will be the first time that we enter the campus and present RMCC to the graduates for recruiting purpose since our opening six years ago. Presenting on campus is also one of the big rocks of our center this year.
团队成员欢庆成立六周年//Team Members Celebrate 6 Years Anniversary
希尔顿的首席执行官Chris Nassetta在去年年底接受采访时表示，我们的目标是2025年在大中华区拥有1000家酒店。为了届时能更好的服务我们进行收益管理的酒店，RMCC一直在不断的进行人才招募和储备。2012年9月RMCC上海办公室正式成立时，仅有8位团队成员。如今，我们已经有超过90名团队成员，仅2018年至今就有25位区域收益经理和8位收益分析员加入我们的大家庭，整个团队超过93%的团队成员都是千禧一代*！
With the ambitious target of “1,000 hotels in Greater China by 2025” by our CEO Chris Nassetta, in order to better serve our hotels by then, RMCC has been continuously recruiting and training talents to prepare for the future. When the RMCC Shanghai office was established in September 2012, there were only 8 team members. Today, we have more than 90. 25 cluster revenue managers and 8 revenue analysts have joined our family this year. More than 93% of the team members are millennials*!

高级区域收益经理Cherry，2013年毕业于复旦大学//Cherry Tang, Senior Cluster Revenue Manager, RMCC APAC (Graduated from Fudan University in 2013)
此次宣讲会的主讲人是我们新晋的收益副总监Ted。Ted毕业于瑞士里诺士，在加入RMCC前曾在香港、北京和广州从事酒店收益管工作，拥有多个亚太市场经验。
毕业于复旦大学旅游管理专业，目前已经是中心的高级区域收益经理的学姐Cherry和其他RMCC的同事也会到场助阵。
The main speaker will be Ted, our new assistant director. Ted graduated from Les Roche Switzerland. Prior to joining RMCC, Ted worked in hotel revenue management department in Hong Kong, Beijing and Guangzhou. He therefore has experience in several markets in the Asia Pacific region.
Cherry, senior cluster revenue manager, graduated from Fudan University's tourism management major, will be there too. Other RMCC colleagues will also present and interact with the students.
