11月12日，由全球领先酒店集团希尔顿和中国扶贫基金会共同发起的【公益未来·希尔顿社会实践项目】总决赛，在上海交通大学成功举行。全国20所高校逾百支学生团队，围绕项目主题 “可持续发展的未来” ，针对联合国可持续发展目标设计社会创新方案并付诸实践。在总决赛现场，学生团队通过视频展示、舞台演说、展位路演等方式呈现实践成果，最终诞生全国二十强项目，其中来自西南民族大学的彝片净土团队问鼎全国总冠军。该项目的成功举办，不仅是 “带着目的去旅行” 这一企业社会责任战略在中国高校和社区的落地实践，更是希尔顿 “社区效应” 在中国的生动诠释。
On November 12th, by the world's leading hotel group Hilton and China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation, launched the "Charity Future Hilton Social Practice Project" finals. It was successfully held at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. More than a hundred teams from 20 universities across the country designed social innovation solutions for the United Nations Sustainable development goals and put them into practice around the project theme "The Future of sustainable development". In the final, the student team presented practical results through video display, stage speech, Booth Roadshow and so on, finally the top 20 projects were chosen, and “Yi pian jing tu” team from Southwest University of Nationalities won the championship. The successful holding of the project is not only a practice of “travel with purpose" this corporate social responsibility strategy in China's universities and communities, but also is Hilton’s "community effect" in China's vivid interpretation.

总决赛结束后第二天，我们邀请了20所高校参赛团队来到希尔顿大中华区及蒙古位于上海外滩中心的办公室，参观集团总部，了解希尔顿集团文化，并与集团总部团队成员一起参加了分享会。
The day after the finals, we invited 20 university teams to the offices of Hilton Greater China and Mongolia at the Bund Center in Shanghai, visited the group headquarters, learned about the Hilton group culture, and participated in the sharing meeting with members of the group's headquarters team.
会上，希尔顿大中华区及蒙古校企合作副总监刘雷先生为同学们介绍了希尔顿集团多元化的人才培养策略，希尔顿集团如何积极打造多元、包容的工作环境以及希尔顿集团在社区做出的突出贡献。
Issac Liu, Senior Manager Campus Recruitment of Greater China and Mongolia briefed the students on the Hilton group's diverse talent development strategy, how the Hilton group was actively creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and the outstanding contributions of the Hilton group in the community.
此外，希尔顿亚太区收益管理整合中心（下称RMCC）收益副总监Felipe Hernandez先生介绍了RMCC在构建团队协作文化方面的成功经验。在过去的两年里，RMCC在企业社会责任活动中的成长是显而易见的——从两年前的寥寥数小时到今年的超过2, 000小时。这是通过建立合作文化、提供志愿者活动日历以及制定团队成员最低参与小时数（每年20小时）的目标来实现的。
Besides, Felipe Hernandez, Assistant Director of RMCC Asia Pacific presented our successful experience in building a team collaboration culture. Over the past two years the center has gone from a handful of CSR hours to being on course to finish 2018 with over 2,000 hours of Corporate Social Responsibility. This has been done by building a collaborative culture, an engaging calendar of volunteer events as well as targeting team members to each contribute at least 20 hour per year.
