Recently, the one-minute “pay for your order” surprise event was officially launched by “饿了么”(delivery app), the purpose of the activity is to attract more attention and keep the customer happy, RMCC also “pay for your order” during the Team Member Appreciation Week (TMAW) to inspire TMs to recognize and celebrate one another in thoughtful/meaningful ways.

While we always enjoy the food, it is necessary to prioritize everyone’s well-being and keep fit. The team culture at RMCC is to achieve work-life balance, focusing on both physical and mental health of each member. The company organizes a one-month wellness challenge globally every year, and there are prizes given to the teams and individuals with outstanding performance.
