使命感不仅在日常生活中十分重要，在选择职业时也同样占有一席之地。从过去的经验上看，收益管理的指标通常与推动业绩和最大限度地寻找机遇和增加市场份额有关。然而，如果你在希尔顿集团工作，情况则不太相同。希尔顿致力成为全世界最热情好客的公司，为宾客提供宾至如归的服务、为团队成员提供意义非凡的机遇、为业主创造高收益和回报，并为社会和当地社区带来积极影响。关于最后这一点，也就是回馈社会这件事上，希尔顿亚太区收益管理整合中心（下称RMCC）团队一直以来非常重视。2017年，我们一共贡献了1,692个企业社会责任（下称CSR）小时。2018年，我们的目标是超越去年的总时长。团队在去年CSR活动大获成功的基础上继续发力，并在年终取得了令人印象深刻的成果：

A sense of purpose is important, not only in life, but also when choosing a career. Historically, it can be said that the Revenue Management discipline is more usually associated with driving performance and maximizing both opportunity and market share. However, the situation is a bit different if you work for Hilton. Our mission is “To be the most hospitable company in the world – by creating heartfelt experiences for Guests, meaningful opportunities for Team Members, high value for Owners and a positive impact in our Communities”. And it’s that last part, giving back to the community, where RMCC Asia Pacific has always attached great importance. In 2017, our team contributed 1,692 Corporate Social Responsibility hours for the year. For 2018, the goal was to surpass our achievements last year. Continuing building on the success of 2017, the results were impressive as we’re approaching the year end:
The team (with 90+ team members) contributed on average 21 hours to CSR activities

能够最终实现如此出色的结果并非巧合，而是因为部分团队成员非常努力地组织和参与这些回馈社会的公益活动，并倡导其他团队成员加入他们。目前，RMCC总共参与过六个不同的公益组织发起的活动，包括清理宠物收容所（贺阿姨流浪猫狗救助基地），帮无家可归的人做饭，并提供干净的衣服（日新中心），与需要进行手术矫正畸形的弃婴玩耍（新生命之家），海岸线垃圾清理和捡垃圾跑！我们的团队还与其中两个组织建立了长期合作关系，他们是：
This of course didn’t happen by accident, but by the dedication of a few individuals who went above and beyond to organise several events and rally the team to participate in their droves. In total RMCC Asia Pacific team members partnered with six different organizations. Events included cleaning up pet shelters, feeding the homeless, playing with abandoned Chinese orphan babies born with surgically correctable deformities, cleaning up coastlines and Plogging! Furthermore, the team has built long-term partnerships with two organizations mentioned above:

日新中心坐落于上海闵行区。中心由志愿者们进行管理，专门为上海的无家可归者提供餐食，淋浴，干净的衣服以及就业指导。在为期五周的时间里，RMCC的志愿者团队轮流为无家可归者做饭、注册登记并提供干净的衣服。
The Renewal Center, based in the Minhang district of Shanghai are a drop-in center managed exclusively by volunteers serving hot meals, providing clean clothes and showers as well as employment guidance to the displaced people. RMCC Asia Pacific organised, over a period of five weeks, a volunteer roster with team members taking turns to cook, register and provide clean clothes to the Renewal Center guests.

新生命之家（SHH）是一个非营利性的寄养中心。他们致力于协助中国当地的福利机构发展, 并为需要进行手术矫正畸形的弃婴提供术前及术后看护。新生命之家是一家友善的、安全的、为唇腭裂宝宝提供专业看护的机构。他们的看护人员专业喂养患儿，确保术前体质达标，并在每个宝宝康复前提供全方位的看护服务。
Shanghai Healing Home (SHH) is a non-profit foster home assisting the local Chinese Children‘s Welfare Institutes by providing pre and post-surgical care to abandoned Chinese orphan babies born with surgically correctable deformities. The healing home is a loving, safe place where babies are cared for by trained caregivers and medical staff. Their volunteers devote their time to the careful feeding and nurturing of the children, ensuring that they gain the weight needed for their surgeries. They provide care during and after the surgery until each baby is fully recovered.

11月12日，由希尔顿和中国扶贫基金会共同发起的【公益未来·希尔顿社会实践项目】总决赛在上海交通大学成功举行。第二天，来自20个参赛团队的学生们应邀来到RMCC的办公室进行参观，并与我们的团队成员分享了他们的获奖方案。在活动的问答环节中，RMCC的收益副总监Felipe Hernandez先生阐述了我们是如何将企业社会责任融入企业文化当中的：
“在努力招聘优秀人才的过程中，我认为使命感是非常重要的。一名求职者通常会遇到各种各样的选择，他们在寻找的不仅仅是一份工作，而是一个能令自己有归属感、能够让自己为更高的目标做出贡献的企业，一个与自己有相同价值观的雇主。在RMCC，企业社会责任之所以能够成为我们文化一部分，原因很简单。因为我们为团队提供了有意义的活动来让他们贡献和参与，并设定了每人每年最少20个CSR小时的目标。因为只有你设定了可衡量的标准，大家才会去真正的行动起来。”
On November 12th, the "Charity Future Hilton Social Practice Project" finals, launched together by Hilton and China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation, was successfully held at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The day after, students of 20 teams were invited to RMCC offices to share their award-winning projects with our team members. During the Q&A session Felipe Hernandez, Assistant Director of RMCC explained how the center had made Social Corporate Responsibility part of the culture:
“A sense of purpose is important when we’re trying to recruit the best talent. Job hunters can have a lot of choices. And they are not just looking for a job but somewhere they will belong and be able to contribute to a higher purpose, an employer who shares their values. At RMCC the key reasons why Corporate Social Responsibility is now part of our culture are simple. We provided meaningful events for the team to contribute and get involved, and we measured it by targeting a 20 hour minimum contribution per team member, after all what gets measured gets done”.

Overall it was a very meaningful year for all of the team members from RMCC Asia Pacific, who had an opportunity to not only excel at their roles by continuing to deliver market leading commercial performance, but to give back to their local communities.
