Konnichiwa! I am Sakura, the ambassador of Conrad Tokyo. Conrad Tokyo has been my home for the last 19 years, I love it! Over the past years, I am privileged to meet guests from all walks of life; their families and friends and play a key role in creating memorable experiences during their stay

In this year’s cherry blossom season, I had the pleasure of extending a warm and heartfelt welcome to Winnie Zuo, a highly esteemed colleague and special guest, who hails from the Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC) Asia Pacific! Prior to her arrival, my colleagues and I planned her week’s activities to ensure it is impactful and memorable. I am tasked with attending to all her personal needs as her devoted and reliable butler, accompanying her to hotel sale meetings, hotel site inspections and to visit the city’s key attractions.

大家好呀，我是东京康莱德的欢迎大使小熊Sakura，我已经在这家酒店生活19年啦！在这里的每一天我都会遇见许多不同的客人，陪伴他们和他们的家人朋友在这里度过的难忘的时光。

而在今年的樱花节，我迎来一位特别的客人，她不仅是我们的合作伙伴，也是我们的员工 —— 她就是来自亚太收益管理中心的Winnie Zuo！

在她到来之前，我和酒店的商务拓展团队早已开始“摩拳擦掌”，精心地为她安排了一周的行程，希望能让她通过这次的深度拜访更加了解我们的酒店和酒店团队。而我，则担任起了她的“私人管家”，除了陪同她和酒店团队一起开会讨论销售策略，我也带着她参观了我们酒店的各个有特色的地方。

In the hotel, Winnie and I visited the hotel’s executive lounge located on the 37^th floor overseeing panoramic view of the city and Tokyo Bay. Next, we visited the Twenty-Eight Bar on the 28^thfloor. Here, guests can relax and sip cocktails or enjoy a beverage overlooking the city skyline while being serenated by the hotel resident singers. We spent the next day in the vicinity visiting and understanding the city and the competitive hotels as well as the environment. To wind down before her departure back to Shanghai, we spent some time at our highly acclaimed indoor swimming pool on the 28^th floor.

在结束了一天繁忙的行程后，我带Winnie来到了我们37楼的顶层行政酒廊。在这里，我们可以欣赏绝佳的东京夜景，俯瞰整个东京湾，并向winnie介绍了我们位于28楼的酒廊——Twenty Eight酒吧。在这里不仅可以供客人们小酌一杯还可以欣赏驻唱歌手的表演。很多客人都喜欢在这里伴着音乐欣赏美丽的夜景。

第二天Winnie的行程是参观周边酒店，做竞争酒店的调查，因为距离出发的时间还有一些空闲，我便带她来到了我们饱受好评的位于酒店28楼的室内游泳池。

Winnie’s visit comprised of business meetings with various departments. My colleagues and I benefited tremendously from Winnie’s knowledge and expertise as the hotel’s cluster revenue manager. She shared the market trends that is highly beneficial to our frontline and commercial team members, vis a vis, the commercial and team shared their perspective on customer behaviour and profile. This is most helpful as Winnie can utilize the knowledge she has acquired to enhance her ability to analyze situations effectively, leading to better judgement and provide valuable recommendations. The Japanese market has many uniqueness, Winnie supported our team with sales strategies and travel packages to optimize revenue. During this time, both parties were able to understand, leverage opportunities and dedicate time to discover innovative and successful winning solutions! We truly appreciated Winnie spending time with us, we were able to establish a strong foundation of trust, fostered effective collaboration, and gained valuablebusiness insights!!

在日常的商务会议之后，Winnie也和酒店各个部门的总监进行了一个简短的会议。作为一位收益管理经理，她深知酒店的市场趋势不光从二线商业团队体现，一线部门所反映出的客户群像也能够帮助她在日常工作中做出更好的判断。

而在市场营销方面，考虑到日本市场的特殊性，Winnie也和酒店讨论了一下针对本地市场的旅游套餐的销售策略，希望能帮助酒店收益更大化。在这期间，她也通过和不同酒店部门的沟通，更好地发现和理解了大家在日常工作中遇到的挑战和机会，帮助他们一起找到共赢的方法。

结束了这五天紧锣密鼓的行程，Winnie通过这次的深度拜访和酒店团队有了更深入的了解，建立起了更深层次的信任。

On a personal note, the hotel team and Winnie managed to spend quality time together enjoying the cherry blossoms, took photos to commemorate her time with us. Thank you for being with us and we look forward to welcoming her, her family, friends back to Tokyo!! We will miss you and come back soon!

Winnie在这次拜访期间，也和酒店的同事们来到楼下的公园赏樱，并分享了很多照片给在国内的家人朋友们。希望下一次能带她的家人朋友们一起再来东京和我们一起玩耍~
