Aramco closed joint venture Huajin Aramco Petrochemical Company (HAPCO) in May 2023, with Aramco (30%), NORINCO Group (51%) and Panjin Xincheng Industrial Group (19%). The joint venture will develop and build a 300 MBD greenfield integrated refining and petrochemicals complex in Panjin, Liaoning Province, Northeast China.
