11月3日，第八届中国企业论坛中外企业家对话会在北京举行，主题为“重塑增长引擎：创新驱动全球竞争力”。阿美亚洲高级副总裁纳塞尔代表公司出席了论坛，与来自央企、外商投资企业、民营企业、智库、国际组织和外交使团的高级领导人共同探讨了创新驱动增长和可持续发展的战略。

论坛以国务院国资委副主任李镇和世界经济论坛总裁兼首席执行官博尔格·布伦德的主题演讲拉开帷幕，为讨论如何通过创新释放新机遇、增强全球竞争力定下了基调。

在题为“通过创新释放全球市场机遇”的对话环节中，纳塞尔分享了关于合作创新如何重塑全球市场并加速向可持续发展转型的见解。他强调，政府支持和战略协同对于联合创新模式的成功至关重要，并以“沙特2030愿景”和中国“一带一路”倡议等国家倡议为例，指出这些举措为能够产生切实影响的伙伴关系奠定了坚实的基础。

纳塞尔还强调了优势互补的重要性，他指出，中国企业拥有世界一流的制造能力和市场敏捷性，而国际合作伙伴则贡献了先进技术和全球网络。这些协同效应共同促成了突破性进展，使之超越实验室层面，转化为可扩展的产业化解决方案。

他分享了沙特阿美在中国开展的合作项目，包括与中国建筑材料科学研究院共同成立的非金属材料创新中心（NEXCEL），该中心专注于可持续建筑用非金属材料的研发。他还提及了在移动出行创新领域的合作，例如与领先的电动汽车制造商成立的浩思动力（HORSE Powertrain）合资企业以及达成的战略协议，这些合作旨在推进低碳技术发展，并支持全球脱碳目标。

此次论坛为沙特阿美提供了重要的平台，加强了沙特阿美与国资委和中国国有企业的合作，强化双方在创新、能源转型和可持续发展方面的共同承诺。纳塞尔的参会与发言展示了沙特阿美的愿景，即搭建生态系统和产业之间的桥梁，共同为应对全球最紧迫的挑战创造解决方案。

On November 3, Beijing hosted the 8th China Enterprise Forum, a flagship event organized by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) under the theme “Reshaping Growth Engines: Global Competitiveness Driven by Innovation.” 

Representing Aramco Asia, Nasser Lasloom, Senior Vice President of Aramco Asia, joined senior leaders from SOEs directly under the Central Government, foreign-invested companies, private firms, think tanks, international organizations and diplomatic missions to explore strategies for innovation-driven growth and sustainable development.

The forum opened with keynote addresses from Li Zhen, Vice Chairman of SASAC, and Børge Brende, President and CEO of the World Economic Forum, setting the tone for discussions on how innovation can unlock new opportunities and strengthen global competitiveness.

As part of the dialogue session “Unlocking Global Market Opportunities through Innovation", Nasser shared insights on how collaborative innovation can reshape global markets and accelerate the transition toward sustainability. He emphasized that government support and strategic alignment are critical to the success of joint innovation models, citing national initiatives such as Saudi Vision 2030 and China’s “Belt and Road” Initiative as strong foundations for partnerships that deliver real-world impact.

Nasser also highlighted the importance of complementary strengths, noting that Chinese enterprises bring world-class manufacturing and market agility, while international partners contribute advanced technologies and global networks. Together, these synergies enable breakthroughs that go beyond the laboratory to scalable, industrialized solutions.

He shared examples of Aramco’s collaborative efforts in China, including the establishment of NEXCEL, a joint R&D center with the China Building Materials Academy focused on nonmetallic materials for sustainable construction. He also referenced partnerships in mobility innovation, such as the HORSE Powertrain joint venture and strategic agreements with leading EV manufacturers, which aim to advance low-carbon technologies and support global decarbonization goals.

The forum provided an important platform for Aramco to strengthen engagement with SASAC and Chinese SOEs, reinforcing a shared commitment to innovation, energy transition, and sustainable development. Nasser’s participation reflects Aramco’s vision of building bridges between ecosystems and industries to co-create solutions for the world’s most pressing challenges.
