客户经理(Client Success Manager)

Responsibilities:
-First and foremost, be accountable for advertiser success
-Serve as primary point of contact for designated advertiser accounts
-Manage multiple accounts, monitor and analyze performance data to meet ROI targets, troubleshoot, and add value to each and every client’s business
-Organize and coordinate communication between all involved parties; internal and external
-Communicate Taptica’s technological advantages to advertisers to enhance and increase their spend with the Company
-Articulate and contribute to the development of new opportunities allowing for growth of new and existing advertiser relationships.
Requirements:
-Fluent in English and Chinese nationality.
-2-3 years’ experience in an account management or customer service role.
-Strong track record of completing a large volume of tasks on time and on target.
-Strong attention to detail dealing with large amounts of data and information.
-Strong Excel skills.
-Strong communication skills.
-Ability to work independently in a multi-cultural environment.
-High motivation and dedication with a proactive approach.
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a goal-oriented approach.
