HOW to qualify:
Qualifications:
■ Candidates for technical positions are required to own bachelor degree in related major (higher degree are preferred);
■ for Chief positions, candidates are required to have at least 15 years of relevant experience;
■ for Principal positions, candidates are required to have at least 10 years of relevant experience;
■ for Senior positions, candidates are required to have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Committed to technology innovation and advanced development for high-end offshore facilities and key equipment, China Merchants Group started CM-OTRC, a dedicated R&D and engineering team with basic design, detailed design and production design capabilities for offshore engineering and construction. Aiming to build a world class offshore engineering team, the R&D group at Nantong, Jiangsu, have recruited more than forty (40) experts worldwide, including the United States, Singapore, Korea, and Europe; meanwhile, the engineering group comprises of more than 800 engineers and technicians.
Our offshore products include the CJ46-, CJ50-, and JU2000e-series drilling jack-ups, 45,000m3 LNG Carriers (Type-A Box), 400,000t Very Large Ore Carriers, Semi-submersible Crane Vessel (SSCV), 165M&3000t Lifting Barge, 38000t Semi-Submersible Barge, plus ongoing R&D and construction projects including polar adventure cruise ship, mid-water drilling semi, 24000t heavy lift/multi-purpose SSCV, floating wind turbine transport and installation shuttle, etc.
