Sales Administration Officer

2、Create invoices, credit notes and related documents.
3、Ensure accurate and timely response to inquiries & requests from customers.
4、Follow up orders & deliveries from end to end, which involves co-ordination with relevant functions (planning & logistics) for better lead time and solutions.
5、Implement and follow up global processes and operating procedures.
6、Handle customer claims.
7、Generate regular monitoring reports.
8、Contribute & commit to continuous improvements.
2、Min. 3 years working experience in sales co-ordination, order follow-up and customer liaison.
3、Multi-lingual skills - good English language skills in both written and spoken and better to have language skills with Vietnamese or Korean
4、SAP knowledge is preferred and good Microsoft office skills
5、Good communication skills and service minded.
6、Hard working, pay attention to details and willing to take responsibility.
工作地点:上海市浦东新区晶耀前滩
薪资福利:税前10-12k元/月,五险一金
合同:首签6个月
