工作内容

1、Vendor selection and creation, We added 3 vendors into Licensing vendor pool in 2023.
2、Negotiate the contract with Vendor including price, logistics terms, rebate, order process, MOQ, etc.
3、Select and create Licensing SKU in SAP system.
4、Manage the full year forecast/planning/ordering for Licensing vendors. * Since China LDC does not access Licensing SKU, so all the forecast/plan/order was made in store level and ship to store directly, which means the work is duplicated 8 times for each order cycle and each vendor.
5、Monitor the logistics and delivery of Licensing orders, manage the inventory into System by manual receive the goods in SAP P03.
6、Review the sales, inventory and reorder.
7、Coordinate with Marketing team to launch the Licensing novelty for Book Club, for Theme Campaign, and other marketing activities.
8、Make sure the LEL goods also fill into marketing campaign.
9、Provide product development insight to LEL team, and licensing Vendors; We even created one China specific light keychain, Panda Light Key Chain, which is in development process.
10、Keep closely communication with Vendors for continually improving service and performance.
11、Coach store team to manage the product flow, ordering and display,
12、Develop the merchant fixture for display etc.
岗位要求

1、minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience, from a demand planning role looking for a next step with broader responsibility, combined with analytical experience.
2、relevant education minimum at Bachler level withing analytics, logistics, supply chain management or Business.
3、Advanced English is needed.
4、Experience from working systematic, overseeing a significant number of items in a portfolio, looking at trends, performance, advanced analytics.
5、Strong analytical understanding and toolbox, e.g. Tableau, Advanced excel, various stats models.
6、Ideally if the candidate has worked in a fast paced short term forecasting cadence in a B2C setup.
7、Statistical forecasting experience is a plus, as well as working in a international environment.
