- On-boarding management.
- Exit procedures management.
- Employment contract management.

- Standard operation process implementation and continuous improvement.
- Visa/invitation and residence permit handling.
2、Compensation & Benefit management:
- Conduct regular payroll check and communication with vendors for accuracy and legal compliance.
- Review benefit schemes regularly and propose upgrade plan if needed.
- Provide market data analysis for compensation and benefits proposal.
- Manage related vendors in an efficient way.
- Ensure all supporting documents and contracts/agreements are well kept.
- Coordinate service contract renewal.
3、Training and development:
- Analyze training needs.
- Provide training facilitation and coordination of training logistics.
- Keep record of training documents.
4、Recruitment:
- Make job posting, C.V. screening and dialing cold call to reach candidates and facilitate interview arrangement.
- Propose recruitment channels and make cost analysis comparison for different alternatives.
- Coordinate recruitment service contracts signing.
- Discuss with hiring manager about specific job requirements.
- Draft job description as per business needs.
- Conduct interviews with hiring manager for certain level postions.
- Facilitate application documents and offer famalities preparation.
- Talent pool management.
- Follow-up offer approval process.
5、Performance Management:
- Answer inquires from employees about mid-year and annual performance.
- Analyze individual development plan.
6、HR Data Management:
- Maintain,update & fully utilize HR-related systems (Cascade, Litmos and etc.) .
- Deliver reporting on-time and ensure quality and data accuracy.
- Keep P-file well-organized and managed in hardcopy and in Cascade.
- Handle data in confidential and sensitive way.
7、Employee Engagement:
- Capable of creating innovative ideas to engage employees.
- Ready to get in touch with APAC staffs by all means to build relationships.
- Maintain APAC Employee Awards program and coordinate logistics and administrative arrangement for awards/certificates.
- Launch quarterly employee awards survey and prepare HR monthly newsletter.
8、Others:
- HR department payment coordination.
- HR procurement process coordination.
- Employee letters/HR documents’ preparation and releasing.
- Other ad-hoc assignments from HR head.
2、A proven record of general operation of all HR moduals (3~-5 years' experience).
3、Good written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English.

薪资福利:税前10-16k元/月,五险一金,补充医疗保险,年节福利
合同:首签6个月
