2、In-store non-selling materials management, including ordering, distribution and budget control etc.
3、Following AX system processing to ensure the timely processing of non-selling material in warehouse.
4、Staff MOL application, stock take and system registration.
5、Management of all the vendors store operation related, including contract and payment proceeding, filing, and etc.
6、Provide effective support on WFJ boutique daily administration: Staff working tools ordering management and on-site I-phone training delivery, stationaries and etc.
7、Assist operation manager in drafting and updating SOP & providing training to boutiques to ensure consistency of operation across boutiques.
8、Assist in audit on business process in boutique(stock-taken and etc) and ensure annual operation efficiency.
9、Assist operation manager in working with cross-functional teams to ensure any new projects’ implementation in boutique.
10、Not limited to retail, system and events projects, work with cross-functional teams to offer administrative supports(such as event manpower arrangement/roster, and staff travel arrangement: flight and hotel booking. etc).
2、At least 2 years solid retail operation experiences from retail business, luxury industry is a plus.
3、Proficiency in Excel, PPT is essential.
4、Basic accounting knowledge.
5、Fluency in written and spoken English, French is a plus.
薪资福利:税前9-15k元/月,13薪,五险一金
合同:一年一签
