1、Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve channel target on Tmall and Red.

2、Manage the day-to-day operations of Tmall Global channel, including product assortment management, inventory and forecast management, full responsibility on P&L result.

3、Oversee the launch and management of brand’s presence on Red, including launch kickoff, distributor pitch and management etc.

4、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, product marketing, and EMKT to ensure a seamless channel campaign planning and execution.

5、Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.

6、Work closely with the e-commerce Mkt team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales on both platforms.

7、Manage budgets and report on the financial performance of the channels, ensuring ROI on marketing investments.

1、Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field required.

2、5+ years of EC channel working experience with at least 2+ years focus on Tmall business management, expense management experience as a must.

3、Proven track record of managing Tmall channel, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

4、Previous exposure to international FMCG markets as a must, Beauty category preferred, TP background acceptable. 

5、Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

6、Able to handle multiple priorities and work within matrixed organization.

7、Team player.

8、Fluent in English of communication and presentation.
