1、Business planning and follow up:

1）Work with budget owners to prepare R1/R2/annual budget and monthly rolling forecast, including collect bottom up information and prepare the consolidation report,  analyze department inputs and total brand result, prepare working paper and presentation slide for management review.

2）Department Expenses follow-up: provide and update detailed monthly analysis by cost center and by cost type, analyze main variances with budget and previous year. 

3）Identify key business drivers (e.g. C3, Events, CRM, VM etc. and Department Expense like BC cost, T&E, Training etc.) from the tracking report and provide recommendations on the improvement of efficency for budget owners.

2、Commercial Analysis:

1）Evaluate A&P and Department Expense, conduct feasibility analysis for business initiatives.（PPP, BC New Scheme, C3 consumption plan, IT OPEX and Special project).

2）Prepare C3 monthly consumption report and conduct the analysis of C3 consumption by line by budget Owner. Support each function head/Channel lead for the controlling of the budget and alert to the management for the overspend.

3）Prepare C3 purchase plan with the information from Demand planning and forecast the C3 provision risk and opportunity.

4）Prepare financial analysis for Ebusiness investment including commission, live stream, performance media etc. Support the line manager and platform lead to drive the efficency and improve the Channel OP at the fundamental goal.

3、Financial Routine: Corporate and Local Reporting:

1）Prepare monthly A&P reports  including C3 by line by budget Owner, Marketing (Event plan, Event cost, Indoor / outdoor rental & production , DCO, Research budget, CRM budget/ CRM gfit, E-commerce expenses ), VM, KA, Cabin/SPA etc.) reports.

2）Prepare monthly Department Expense reports including HC plan and check, Sell-out staff cost,  Office staff cost, BC cost, T&E, Training, External Service etc.

3）Prepare monthly review deck with all the supporting document analysis

Work with SSC accounting team in monthly closing, and review Dior P&L (e.g. accrual, cut-off).

4）Budget Reporting of Syrus and Orion (P&L / BFM / Touchpoint / package / A&P by commercial line, etc.)

5）Cashflow coordinate, Balance sheet Forecast and actual Monitoring with Budget forecast via BFM Excel file, actual review of quarterly BS Syrus reporting.

6）HR report and Expense by Nature report, reason explanation to HQ related partners.

4、Working Process Refinement:

1）Work closely with BPC to improve existing controlling process by standardizing procedure / automation etc (e.g. Standardize C3 inventory VAT calculation for WMS report).

2）Process Improvement such as monthly C3 review meeting, tester control, C1 convert to C3, Esker approval workflow optimization, Agora approval workflow improvement with controlling monitor as the gate keeper.

3）Provide finance-related training to non finance people of the organization.

1、Solid knowledge of financial accounting and managerial accounting, CPA or Management Accountant qualification preferred.

2、Good command of Excel, PPT and Access .

3、Knowledge of MS Dynamics AX (Axapta)  / JDE / SAP.

4、Knowledge of VBA/Excel Macro would be a plus.

5、Bachelor degree or above with majority in finance, accounting, business administration or related.

6、8+ years related experience in one or more of the following:

1）FP&A or business controlling in multinational company, preferably in luxury products, consumer goods, or retail industries.

2）Audit / corporate finance in big 4 accounting firm.
