工作内容

1、TEM report matching, recording, identifying missing invoices and ensuring documents completeness.
2、TEM report filing.
3、Management of VAT deduction slips to support Tax compliance.
4、Uploading of TEM reports to SharePoint (Microsoft Teams) to process.
5、Assist on chop affixation and send out supporting docs to banks.
6、Review of TEM claims.
7、Manage corporate credit card affairs.
8、Prepare review reports on a weekly or monthly basis.
9、Deal with queries from traveler, follow up relevant TEM pending reports.
10、Connect with traveler, BSO GL/AP/Service desk, treasury and bank.
11、Support SAP Concur implementation project if needed.
岗位要求
//////////////////////
1、5-6 years working experience, shared service center background preferred.
2、Preferably accounting/finance background, T&E/SAP concur experience is preferred.
3、Advanced skills at Excel & PPT, Power BI skills are preferred.
4、Good command of English.
5、Service mindset and solution driven.
