Improving program management process &tools Support to identify the common issues in plant, provide the solution foridentified issues, standardize these process and publish to all related plants.
Develop & optimize the standard programdocuments and promote to plant level.
Consolidate all the PM process documentsand tools as the training material for plant new program managers.
Continue to optimize the PM databasestructure & maintains the database in active.
Roll out the global program management teamdefined process for global programs.
Monitoring/communicating/reporting programstatus and supporting programs.
Collect and consolidate plant OE monthly PMreport.
Regularly review the program status with programmanagers and identify the potential risks via the conference call or on-site.
Records minutes after program review anddistribute it to all related person.
Check plant PM process compliance andprepare the compliance report.
Escalates issues to management that cannotbe solved within PMO team.
Prepare and submit PM report to TennecoChina management team timely.
Organize the China level functionalresource to support programs inRed/Yellow status.
Deeply involve into critical programmanagement according to program urgency and follow up & drive taskcompletion.
Upload all the PM report to PM database.
Improving plant PM’s capability.
Support to organize Tenneco China bestpractice sharing workshop.
Support the Tenneco China best programmanagement awards selection.
Share the plants’ lessons learned inTenneco China .Support to implement the program managers competency assessment.
Identify the plant PMs training needs andorganize the PM training with external and internal training resource.
Deliver the training to program managerswho are new joint to Tenneco, including PM knowledge, Tenneco PM process, toolsetc.
要求:
Education/ Certification:Bachelor’s degreeor comparable education(preferable in mechanical or electromechanicalengineering) with strong capabilities to absorb technical information. Master’sdegree preferred.
Work Experience:Minimum of 5 yearsexperience, preferably in the automotive sector.
Proven knowledge of program managementmethodology, tools and techniques.
Specialized Skills/Knowledge:Lead, motivateand drive a cross-functional team of 5 – 10 members.
Independent: able to work with autonomywithin program targets .
Make decisions based on multiple factorsincluding engineering, financial, timing and quality inputs.
Excellent written and oral communicationskills.
Quality focus with ability to communicatecustomer requirements (where the customers for the program include external andinternal groups).
Ability to travel; sensitive to culturaldiversity.
Fluent in English.
Multiple languages preferred.
Knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
Working knowledge of financial management(project costing / EBIT etc.) desirable.

有激光加工行业的产品工程师、研发工程师优先考虑;
较强的客户沟通能力和较高的商务处理能力,具有良好的团队协作精神;
流利的英语听说读写能力。
