Aftermarket Business Development Specialist(jobzxm)
This position will be responsible for business development and execution of product and sales plans in coordination with the Vice President of Global Business Development and the Program Managers in the USA.
Active cross-functional communication throughout the organization is critical.
This position will be located at the Shanghai facility.
Duties and Responsibilities.Identify business growth opportunities for the aftermarket in China and facilitate execution plan development; business expansion opportunities; financial analysis; executive management presentations.
Meet with current & prospective customers to present product opportunities & communicate value proposition.
Integrate product strategies to customer needs / opportunities.
Ensure connectivity between product & commercial teams.
Identify new business channels & new products for the local market.
Develop the strategic plan & budget.
Monthly business reporting vs. budget by product line & customer.
Participate in product strategy with Program Managers.
Market analysis.
Internal/External product presentation creation.
Trade show participation.
Fieldwork involving technician and distributor visits.
Periodic travel by air and car will be required.
要求:
Excellent ability to write and verbally communicate in English.
Ability to listen and understand the customer’s needs.
Bachelors degree in business, engineering or other relevant field.
Minimum 5 years experience in sales, marketing or engineering.
Strong analytical skills.
Microsoft Office Suite, including spreadsheet development and analysis.
Experience and/or ability to handle multiple projects and activities.
Excellent initiative with ability to function independently as well as in team environments.
