Understand brand objectives,help brand teams define their digital marketing,campaign and services objectives,work closely with internal and external stakeholders (brand,IT,EC sales operatiom,finance)and deliver timely and high-quality yet within-budget results.
Manage agencies to deliver timely and quality performance report ,leverage key learning at corporate level and provide professional advoice to brand team for further performance optimizations.
Lead corporate digital marketing team to elevate the overall digital marketing and service quality.
Plan,monitor and track digital projects and budget progress.
Provide end-to-end project management : scope project requirements and prepare budget/develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress/deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met/develop support documentation including challenges and requirement specifications/communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks/highlight potential risks and act proactively to resolve issues.
Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.
要求:
Minimum 7 years in digital projects such as digital campaign , brand e-boutique(e-commerce site),CRM and other digital related projects.
Solid project lead experiences in FMCG industry,communicating with both marketing and IT teams.
Experience working in either cosmetics or other fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
Familiarity with social media and e-Boutique/eCommerce launch and operation,digital paid media, analytics,tools(ex.CMS,DAM)as well as related systems and solutions(hosting,CDN,API,EAI).
Breath of understanding in other digital IT related systems and solutions is desired.
Excellent organization, time management,communication and team management skills.
