预报名通过后会在一周内收到确认邮件。

关于参赛报名资格
About qualification for registration
（1）任何人士，不分国籍，具有合法身份证明、经身体检查适宜者均可报名。Any individual (no nationalitylimitation) with legal identity certification and proper physical examinationcan register for the race.
（2）参赛者年龄16-60周岁（1957年10月29日至2001年10月29日之间出生），身体健康，经常锻炼，并提交1年内注册医疗机构身体检查证明文件（相关自行车赛事成绩证明无效）。Aged 16-60（born between September 10th 1957 to September 10th2001）and physically healthy; exercisefrequently; submit a physical health examination certificate document issued bya registered medical institution (achievement certificates of other cycling racesare invalid).
（3）有以下情形者不宜报名参赛：先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病患者/高血压和脑血管疾病患者/心肌炎和其它心脏病患者/冠状动脉病患者和严重心率不齐者/糖尿病患者/孕妇/其他不适合运动的疾病患者。
People suffering from thefollowing are deemed unfit to take part in the race: congenital or rheumaticheart disease / hypertension or cerebrovascular disease / myocarditis or othercardiac diseases / coronary artery disease or serious arrhythmia / diabetes /pregnant /any other risk-prone diseases.
企业报名成功后，参赛队员如何查询报名信息并下载体检表？
How can I check my registrationinformation and download the Physical Examination Form when my corporate hassecured the registration?
企业缴纳报名费用后，组委会会为4名队员分别开通赛事官网账号，你们可以随时登陆网站查看自己的报名信息和赛事信息。默认用户名为报名时预留的邮箱地址，初始密码为姓氏拼音或英文（首字母大写）+身份证件后6位。如“计成”，则初始密码为JiXXXXXX；如“Chris Froome”，则初始密码为FroomeXXXXXX。
Once the entry fee is paid, the OC will create accounts forthe 4 riders respectively, with which, you can log in the website to check yourregistration information as well as the race information. The username is theemail you put on the registration form; the initial password is your familyname (capitalizing the first letter) and last 6 numbers/letters of your ID.

Should I submit the physical healthexamination report to complete registration?
在确认自己身体健康，有长期锻炼或训练的基础后，可先进行报名，待报名成功后下载报名确认单（含体检记录），至当地政府卫生部门注册备案的医疗机构进行体检。领取装备时一并将加盖医疗机构公章的报名确认单提交至芯片号码布发放处。You can register afterconfirming you are physically healthy and have long-term exercises or basictraining for the race. Please download the registration confirmation form(including physical examination report) and get a physical examination at aregistered medical institution which is authorized to certify that you arephysically fit to run the race. Please submit the health certificate or aphysical examination report when collecting the race package.
评定体检有效证明的依据为何，测评的主要项目为何？
What is the basis for evaluating the physicalhealth certificate? What are the main items?
凡经当地政府卫生部门注册备案的医疗机构均可做常规身体检查（含专业体检机构），以环法中国赛职业绕圈赛报名确认单中体检记录栏所规定的体检项目为基础（主要为心率、血压项目，参考值为心率：90次/分，血压：140/90）。此外，单位的职工体检报告、学生所在校医院体检报告亦可作为体检记录有效凭证。体检之日至比赛当日间隔为1年内，组委会视作有效。The physical health examination can be done atany registered medical institution. The mainitems are listed in the physical examination report on registrationconfirmation form (e.g. heart rate, blood pressure). Besides, the employees’physical examination report and students’ physical examination report issued bythe school hospitals are also valid for registration. It should be issuedwithin one year before the race day.

Do I have tosubmit the physical examination certification or the report when collecting therace package?
组委会需要留存体检报告纸质文件，如您需保留原件，请带好原件和复印件，组委会将验明原件后收取复印件。Yes, the OC needs to keep a paperreport of your physical examination. So if you want to keep the originaldocument, please bring a copy and the original, we will collect the copy afterverifying the original one.
如何定制骑行服？
How do we have customer-made jerseys?
企业在缴纳完报名费后，就可以从5种骑行服款式中选择你们喜欢的了，然后提交企业logo（ai格式），确认设计图即可。
After the entry fee is paid, youcan choose the jersey design out of the 5 options and submit your corporatelogo (ai format). You will have to confirm the final design of your jerseysbefore they are produced.
报名确认后如果弃赛是否退还报名费？
Could I get refund for giving up the race after registrationconfirmed?
报名经确认后，不得变更参赛项目，如果弃赛，报名费不予退还。No. Once registration isconfirmed, you can neither change the race category nor get refund.
什么类型的自行车可以参加比赛？
What type of bicycle can I ride in the race?
除电动车、死飞、躺车和三轮车外，所有FFC批准的自行车都可以参加比赛。但只有公路车选手可以参加全程比赛的总成绩奖项评选，其他车型选手予以计时且计入总排名，不予评奖。
All types of bicycles approvedby FFC except electric bikes, fixed gear, recumbent bicycles and tricycle areallowed. However, only riders with road bikes are qualified as award candidatesfor Individual Classification of The Grand Race while riders with other typesof bikes will be timed and listed in overall rankings only.
赛事组委会提供自行车租赁吗？

如有租赁自行车需求，请在报名时备注，组委会工作人员将与您取得联系。Please state your need when youregister in the race. The OC staff will contact you afterwards.

报名成功的参赛者请于10月28日9:00-18:00携带本人签字的报名确认单（含体检报告）及个人有效身份证件复印件，至赛事展示区（洪山路雪野路的停车场内）领取赛事装备。Please bring the registrationconfirmation form with signature (including physical health examination report)and an ID copy to collect race package. What’s in the race package?
装备包括：号码布、计时芯片、骑行服、抽绳包等。Bib number, timing chip, jersey,drawstring bag, etc.
头盔是强制性佩戴的吗？
Is a helmet compulsory?
是的，戴上硬头盔是强制性的。你必须在整个比赛里穿上它（并固定下颌带）。任何不佩戴头盔的参赛者都将被取消资格。
Yes, it is compulsory to wear a rigid helmet. You must wear it (with thechin strap fastened) throughout the race. Any participant without a helmet willbe disqualified.
比赛期间道路会封闭吗？
Is the road closed to trafficduring the race?
整个比赛过程中，你将会像环法自行车赛的职业车手们一样，在封闭的道路上进行比赛。但届时将会设置时间限制，以保证道路在特定的时间恢复社会交通。在这个时间后，道路将会再次通车。该时间表稍后将在赛事官网公布。
Throughout the entire race, asfor the professional riders in the Tour de France, you will ride on a roadwhich is closed to traffic. However, a time limit is set up to ensure the roadopens again at a specific time. After this time, the road will be open totraffic once again. The time schedule will be available later on the website.

时间表有助于计划该道路何时封闭以及判断车手于什么时候从比赛中被淘汰。淘汰的原则是赛道没经过一些节点的时间。这些时间是与有关赛事部门和中国自行车协会进行协商后制定的。如果我们想继续享受完全封闭的交通，就必须严格遵守上述时间（道路重新开放）。该时间表将在几周内公布。
The time schedule helps plan thetimes at which the road is closed and when riders are eliminated from the race.Eliminations are based on a defined race time for each commune through whichthe race passes. These times are negotiated with the Prefectures of thedepartments in question and the services of the China Cycling Association.Strict compliance with these hours (reopening of the road to traffic) isindispensable if we want to continue to enjoy a road which is entirely closedto traffic in the future. The time schedule will be available in a few weeks.
要是我被淘汰或退赛会怎样？
What happens if I am eliminatedor if I retire?
您在比赛过程中随时有可能被淘汰。“关门车”将遵循精确的时间表行驶。任何车手在比赛的任何时间被这辆车（相当于一个时钟）超越，将被视为淘汰。“淘汰线”将由几辆组委会车辆作为标识。如果你被淘汰，你会被要求绕道而行或前往接载点，那里将会有大巴/卡车将你和你的自行车送回终点。自行车将被装上卡车运回终点区后，参赛者通过出示号码布领取自己的车辆。
所以第一个出发并没有比最后出发更有优势，本次比赛时间将会设有关门时间，在这个时间点之后的参赛者将不会出现在最终的排名中。
You can be eliminated at anytime during the race. The “time schedule” vehicle follows a precise timeschedule. Any rider who is overtaken by this vehicle (which features a clock)at any point during the race, will be considered eliminated. The “End of Race”will be marked by several organizers’ vehicles. If you are eliminated, you willbe asked to take a detour or to go to the pick-up areas where a bus/truck willtake you and your bike to the finish village. Bicycles will be loaded ontotrucks and returned to cyclists at the finish village upon presentation oftheir race numbers.
So that the first to start don’thave an advantage over those at the end, a maximum race time, after whichparticipants will no longer appear in the final rankings, will also beestablished.
