This purpose of this job is to handle all P&E related transaction, closing and reporting, to make sure proper place is in place to safeguard the asset, accuracy reflection of P&E transaction on IFRS, local statutory and tax ledger, and; drive controllership/compliance for P&E related matter.
Other than routings, this role supports site expansion project from finance perspective, include budget control, contract review, spending tracking and subsidy application if applicable.
要求：
Knowledge of accounting difference under IFRS, statutory and tax regulation and reflect the differences on ledger in a timely and accurate manner.
Able to make correct controllership decision between capitalization and expenses under the pressure from the operation performance, and; able to decide reasonable depreciation method/period with understanding of both project deliverables and accounting regulations.
Able to identify key control weakness relating to asset safeguard, able to drive constant improvement and influence manufacturing leader and plant manager to accept control steps in addition to existing operation rhythm.
Good sense of risk prevention combined with solid knowledge of regulatory requirement of F/X and custom, able to propose and negotiate necessary terms in the P&E contract to prevent risk from late delivery, quality assurance and future warranty.
年薪范围：￥15-20万左右。
