Trainee 管培生（jobnxh）
An exciting opportunity for a Graduate Trainee to gain broad experience across a range of Trade Finance and Cash Management areas. Develop a complete skill set as a foundation for a Transaction Banking management career. Strong performance could lead to final placement in areas of Sales, Operations or Strategy/Business Management – depending on business requirements, and candidate performance during rotations / projects in these 3 areas; Strategy and Business Management, Sales and Operations. Upon successful completion of the 18 months program, graduate trainee will be converted to full time equivalent subject to overall strong performance during traineeship.

Degree in Business Finance/ Social Science with GPA 3.5/5 & 3.2/4.Willingness to learn, be part of a dynamic team and make an impact.Proactive and self-initiated.Quick learner and being able to adapt quickly.Highly motivated to achieve results.Team player. Strong sense of responsibility and integrity. Client centric and service oriented. Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality output.
年薪范围：￥12-14万左右。
