Lead the brand strategy short term and long term:In order to develop the core capabilities of our business we are looking to provide a focues and presence in the industry to build upon current brand led portifolio and reputation.Developing manageing and implementing brand strategy, positioning and visual identity both internally and exterally including goverment relationships. Concerned with creating a lasting impression with industry in order to develop strategic opportunities and improve product sales and market share. Market & customer Insight:Work with business units and central functions to drive brand insight and develop related content and presentation material. Investigating the key return areas developing and implementing brand communication campaigns and tools across our various busienss and markets, in close collaboration with itnernal teams and external agencies.Researchng markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon industry and cusotmer needs. Monitor market trends and responsibiity for advertising and marketing activities to ensure the right mesage is delivered representing the whole of their business. Marketing Campaigns and Activities:Lead communications including social media, newspaper, magazine, industrial events, website, etc.Corporate Media Activities. Managing and developing corporate media to the forefront of industry, manage agency relationships.Overseeing the production of adverts, road shows, technical conferences media ,newspaper magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, and liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers.Potentially to recruit a corporate agency and work with the agency to draft a viral PR plan for the business – if done then to manage the agency and provide KPI’s to track effectiveness.PR & GR:To plan, organize and manage government related topics to support smooth business development and operation.To understand and provide insight on new government policies, regulation and development plan, lobby for policy and regulations appropriately.To develop strategic relationship and cooperation with key government agencies for better supporting the business development in China.Understand how viral and word of mouth PR strategies can support the growth and establishment of the Company brand in China.Ensure effective PR for the business across China to raise business profile and present the strong platforms of the business in the context of the relationships with all the parts of Company.BD Support:Manage and further strengthen the brand to support profitable business growth.Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through key measures including focus groups and market research.Work on designing business plans and sales strategies. Participate in the definition and implementation of the new strategy.Tracking and gather data on competitors, clients and suppliers, present findings and draw your own conclusions.Any other duties as assigned.
