Branding Manager(jobzxm)
Position of Brand Marketing in building brand and growing portfolio. Main duties and responsibilities.Implement category strategy and key initiatives landing in China.Lead innovation/renovation launch campaign and deployment plan, including idea generation, content development and implementation, to continually build brand and drive business growth.Identify new opportunity of existing portfolio for further growth, including activation plan, content development and implement.Manage portfolio sustainable growth as portfolio owner, including providing insights for category strategy development, regular business performance tracking, competitors movement monitoring and defence plan etc.Provide support to Operator, digital marketing and Central Trade marketing regarding portfolio insight and knowledge.Contacts arising from the job.Work closely with Marketing, Operator Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Development, Central TM, chef team from Foodservice China, and Cross function including R&D, QA, Supply Chain, legal and Site etc.Key characteristics of the most possible fulfilled candidate.Solid Marketing Experience with Passion for growth.
