Customer Care Representative(jobnxh)
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for assisting members and customer in finding resolution to their needs, inquiries, or concerns, by acting as the liaison between COMPANY and the member/customer, to exceed customer expectations, and achieve company goals.

Process inbound/outbound calls, and provide detailed information about all COMPANY products and services in a timely and efficient manner.
Process payments for membership renewals, exhibits, booksellers, courses event registrations, from wires and checks received by the accounting department. Process credit card payment applications of new and renewal subscriptions to members, non-members, and agencies including but not limited to updating subscribers profile as needed.
Accountable for daily database maintenance in association software system , including but not limited to, entering new records, processing requested changes to existing records, and merging duplicate records as needed.
Respond to member customer requests and or inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure all CRM ISO process requirements, such as the member and customer surveys, are followed.Assist members/customers with navigating the COMPANY web site on-line features such as the COMPANY Store, event registrations, and recertification.
High school diploma or equivalent, and two years of customer service experience.
Must have well-developed verbal and written English skills.
Must have a thorough knowledge of the service or product and be able to describe its functions, features and details to customers. Ability to read and write business correspondence and memos and effectively present information to customers, members, and other employees of the organization.
